**Responsibilities**
- Execute product strategies and development roadmap to align with business objectives
- Gather and manage traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases
- Coordinate with global planners and overseas product development teams to ensure smooth collaboration among relevant functions
- Manage assigned projects and deliver outcomes for each development sprint within expected timeline
- Demonstrate valid recommendations to both global and local stakeholders in achieving business KPIs
- Keep monitoring product performance and deliver solid plan to continue improving customer satisfaction
- Manage product profitability and commercial success with growth mindset
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Information, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proven 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or a similar role** **in developing online products and technologies as well as driving data-based decisions
- Technical background with experience in content platform, mobile and website development
- Background in software development (Confluence and Jira), program management and Agile methodologies is a plus
- Good understanding of analytic tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, and Tableau
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts among relevant stakeholders (e.g., different priorities, task assignments, and directives)
- Strong collaborative approach and effective interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
