• Experience in key network security technologies such as: NGFW, Proxy, CWAAP, WAF (Not required to have all, but should possess core expertise in some and be able to apply effectively)
• Solid understanding of ITIL 4.0 and IT Service Management principles.
• Strong customer service orientation (Service Mind) and high responsibility for completing assigned tasks (Sense of Ownership).
• Certifications in IT/Service Management (e.g., ITIL, ISO/IEC 2000, COBIT) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage security system relate operation include DLP, Secure Web Gateway, CASB, Endpoint Security and Protection, Email Security, PAM and Cyber Drill
• Manage and respond to security alerts, incidents, and breaches from SOC
• Cyber Security Investigation
• Identify vulnerabilities in the current network and server infrastructure, and collaborate with IT to ensure timely remediation
• Performing penetration tests to find any flaws on website and collaborate with  IT to ensure timely remediation
• Review and validate system hardening and baseline configurations, working with IT to ensure prompt remediation
• Lead projects for implementing new security tools and technologies
