Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at Alan Bolton Property Consultants in Chon Buri, Thailand. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for facilitating property sales, rentals, valuations, and listings. Daily tasks include conducting property showings, assisting clients in property transactions, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
 - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Pattaya area.
 - Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions.
 - Stay informed about the local property market, including trends and competitor activities.
 - Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Criteria:
Any nationality based in Thailand with English fluency.

What We Offer:
Base Salary 25,000 baht with on-target earnings (OTE) over 75,000 THB per month
