About the Role

What You'll Do
As our SEA Value Leadership Dry C&T PDD Technologist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Product Renovation & Cost Optimization – Execute renovation initiatives to support DiB/COGS transformation, ensuring cost-effective and high-performance Dry/C&T pet food products.
- Recipe Development & Scale-Up – Lead product design from lab-scale prototypes to full-scale industrial production, ensuring compliance with nutrition, safety, and palatability standards.
- Quality & Compliance – Ensure products meet internal (Mars Q&FS, MPENS) and external (AAFCO) standards, delivering on all critical success factors (CSFs).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with market teams, R&D, regulatory, and manufacturing sites to align product development with business goals.
- Risk Assessment & Implementation – Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and lead factory trials, commissioning, and validation to ensure smooth production.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- At least 5 years of experience in Food R&D or Continuous Improvement from Food industry.
- Strong understanding of raw materials, nutrition, and manufacturing processes, preferably in pet food or meat processing.
- Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and implement innovation projects, with experience in recipe development software and regulatory compliance processes.
- Good command of English communication for collaboration across teams.

Build the culture and embed the development and delivery of coaching and mentoring capability within organization growing the current AIA Coaching practices and promoting the benefits of coaching and mentoring among people managers
