**Key accountabilities**
- Leadership & Capability Development_
- Design leadership roadmap, competencies, skill matrix and implement learning & development align with business strategy and challenges
- Develop end-to-end professional development of employees (onboarding, promotions, exit) align with global and PPT people’s structure
- Build leadership and capability through shop floor development, performance improvement program and learning initiative to help sustain the business
- Liaise with HRBP, Production and across Talent team to understand nature of learners and condition for blended learning design by embrace different styles of training techniques, including 70-20-10 learning model
- Evaluate and monitor on the effectiveness of implementing learning and development programs, satisfaction and NPS score of leadership and shop floor learning activities
- Lead and manage learning & development projects as assigned
- Manage knowledge sharing, edutainment center and other learning intervention activities related to implementation of learning and development in PPT
- Manage learning resources and edutainment activitie in Edutainment Centre
- Drive counselling learning related activities for better understand on self, clarify issues, difficulties and to make progress towards resolution
- Learning and Development Partner_
- Analyze and design initiative to support leaders in driving/facilitate change management
- Provide consultancy and recommendation on leadership, people capability and performance management at all levels
- Incorporate with global HR team and/or other teams across the board in execution of global projects
- Lead implementation of global strategy projects related to leadership & capability development in PPT
**Pivotal and professional qualifications**
- Minimum 7 years of experience in people capability development
- Minimum 4 years of experience in organizational development, leadership roadmap and performance management program
- Manage budget planning and controlling
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in leadership development models/programs, talent & succession best practices and change management
- Drive the solution to most complex business problems
- Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial)
- Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs
- Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
- Is an inspirational leader; practices genuine humility and places the team above their own interests
- Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change
- Is smart about other people; has an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and run own team of future leaders
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively with the organization
- Instructional design or development journey design based on 10:20:70 model
- Facilitating skills and ability to conduct learning or knowledge sharing sessions
- Possess solid leadership skills with “Can Do” attitude
- Leading process improvement and change management initiatives
- Proven skills and track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
