Job Responsibilities:
Provide RFQ cost sheet for new product of PCBA (SMT, box build).
- Evaluate on RFQ product information in order to design the process flow, material type and usage, machines and UPH for providing cost.
- Calculate and estimate the machine UPH for each process for the RFQ products which the factory has never run before.
- Communicate with NPI SMT Engineer to confirm process flow, tooling, material usage, machines, UPH and packing.
- Continuous improvement for Cost Sheet accuracy and cycle time reduction.
- Monitor Process Control which related to cost.
- Update cost sheet to match with actual process.
- Provide routing operation and material that exclude customer BOM to BOM engineer.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
