Responsibilities;

• Uses statistical modeling skills to justify costs and develop logistics solutions to meet agreed customer needs.
• Assists in production of computer simulations and other support materials for the presentation of solutions to customers, and assists as required in these presentations.
• Provides analytical support for contract implementation and ongoing contract development.
• Ensures that all solutions are developed making use of - and sharing - best practice experience across the National Freight Consortium Group as a whole.
• Provides expert advice to the Business development function on analysis and research methods.
• Works on projects / assignments that have direct impact on the business.
• Makes judgments that would normally prevent delays in program schedules and rectifies moderate expenditure of resources.
• Assists in the specification, coordination and management of any outsourced solutions development requirements.
• Develops and maintains good and effective team communication at all levels.
• Other requirements as assigned by Operation Manager.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering field
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Logistics Analyst, Business Analyst Logistics/Transport Planner or related field
• Previous background in Logistics industry is very desirable
• Statistical and numerical analytic skills
• Fluent in Thai language with good command in written and spoken English
• Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc)
• Skilled in Microsoft Power BI is preferrable for this role
• Able to work 6 days/week required

• Take care of overall work for whole operational process

• Take care of overall report that was requested

• Coordinate and manage transport for customer requested.

• Coordinate with internal department on operational process improvement

• Work as a customer service staff in case acknowledge the customer requests and complaints and forward to concerned department

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
• Records purchase, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
• Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
• Processes and/or approves invoices for payment.
• Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
• Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity.
• Place and receive orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintains records of materials in inventory and on order. Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock.
• Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management within the Food Services or FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; strong command of English is a distinct advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective relationships and work seamlessly across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and manage team both hard skill and soft skill to deliver their KPIs with goods cross functional relationship.

• Advise and recommendation appropriate vendors order pattern and lead time to team to work with supplier and lead time and optimize supplier closure for Seasonal.
• Provide statistical analysis and insight to support the impact assessment of change, and specifically, forecasting and scheduling effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree of Supply Chain, Logistic, Economic and other relate filed.
• At least 4-7 years of experience of Replenishment, Inventory Management, Demand Planning.
• At least 3-6 years of experience in product Fresh Food.
• Have experience in Retail or FMCG business would be advance.
• Managing inventory level as assigned Department to be the right quantity, the right place and the right time at lowest cost.
• Good Analytic skills /Problem solving / Decision Maker / Proactive type of interpersonal skills.
• Excellent in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table)

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for managing inventory management database.

• Coordinate with commercial team and Operation team about inventory management control.

• Provide inventory information and inventory analysis to management team.

• Utilize system report (WMOS) to support optimum stock level including stock investigation.

• Supervise inventory supervisor and inventory officer and work load by prioritizing and delegating work assignment and monitoring productivity and work quality.

• Training of CDC staff part of Inventory and retrain inventory staff.

• Assure cycle counts are completed timely and accurately and conduct monthly physical inventories.

Qualifications :
