Key Responsibilities :

  • At least 3 years working experienced in Logistics Analyst, Engineer, Financial Analyst, Market Research fields preferably in logistics industry
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Contract Logistics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Dashboard, Data Visualization
  • Good command of English (Toeic Score 700 or above)
  • Good communication and presentation skills

+ Handle export procedures which includes

+ prepare shipping documents (as invoice, packing list, AWB, or B/L) and send to concerned people via email
+ submit document to IEAT office for approval
+ Send original invoice to Thailand Accounting department for domestic export
+ Send Thailand customer the invoice and packing list together with goods
+ Prepare document to Department of Foreign Trade (DFT) for apply Form AK
+ Renew ROVERs Certificate every 2 years.
+ Prepare and process document fortemporary inland export; subcontracting process.
