**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and implement comprehensive Trade Compliance programs between Global and manufacturing sites.
+ Manage customs and partner government agency authority relationships, including response to government inquiries and audits.
+ Assess the risk/ impact of changes of regulation to guide decisions, propose solutions and drive improvements throughout the region.
+ Oversee import/export applications, registrations and Customs rulings.

+ Interface with multiple functional teams, to validate critical trade compliance data elements identified within import/export transactions.
+ Oversee the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures
(SOPs) and internal control for APAC trade compliance.
+ Evaluate and implement customs simplification applications to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of import and export operations.
+ Deliver training and educational programs to site on trade compliance requirements and best practices.
**Qualification & Skills**
+ 10+ years of experience in international trade compliance related fields.
+ Strong understanding of Trade Compliance principles and proven track record in the Asia region.
+ Experience working with US Export controls, SAP and GTS.
+ Experience working knowledge of the Electronic or Semiconductor industry.
+ Demonstrated expertise in commodity classification and associated regulations.
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills: able to present effectively at all levels.
+ Fluent in English and if able to speak other languages shall be benefits

Responsibilities Include:
+ End to End process of Supply Chain and Logistics management including other documentation required for all domestic and international shipments.
+ Provides management and field sales teams with monthly/quarterly results information including ranking reports.
+ Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
+ Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
+ Handle the processing of all claim and return shipment with accuracy and timeliness.
+ Manage, Control and Monitor consignment process.
+ Inform clients/ sale representative of unforeseen delays or problems.
+ Issue credit note.
+ Set up new customer code and update customer master data.
+ Ensure accuracy of all reports. Reconcile and resolve commission discrepancies with the sales team members.

**Job Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Proven experience as a customer service and logistics / supply chain will be considered a plus.

+ Intermediate to Advanced/Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Job Description

Supply Chain function is responsible for the production planning process. The Supply Chain function partners with sales, finance, manufacturing, procurement, and customer service to drive processes and systems that satisfy customers, optimize production, and reduce cost. Logistics Supervisor plans, directs, or coordinates purchasing, warehousing, distribution, forecasting, customer service, or planning services. Manage logistics personnel and logistics systems and direct daily operations. This position will report directly to Supply Chain Manager of Honeywell Electronic Materials (Thailand) and will work closely with the function leaders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1. Logistics Management:**
Oversee the entire logistics operation including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate and manage the flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
