**Logistics Coordinator;**
- **Key Result Areas**:Outbound shipment.

**Major Activities;**
- Establish Loading plan, vessel booking confirmation, communicate to customer for shipment schedule confirmation and term.
- Manage and control shipping service provider and freight forwarder to work as per out requirement.
- Ensure Logistics vendor comply with all INEOS regulation in term of billing process.
- Coordinated to relevant team to be ensure all outbound activities has been process right on time in ERP SAP system and aligned with physical activities.
- Ensure all outbound shipment are departure and arriving on time and all shipping document are process correctly and on time handover to consignees.
- Ensure cost of outbound shipment has been input in every single order and all vendor billing right on time.
- Ensure all other related assignment activities are completed right on time.

**Outcome**:Ensure all outbound shipment has arrived destination right on time with consignees received appropriated document with good communication to relevant parties.

+ To monitor lead time a clearance process, to avoid an extra cost effect.
+ Managing cost for operation fee to 3PL which related R&R, review cost every quarter to meet annual budget, adjustable budget if any lower or shortage.
+ Team leads to maintain and or sustain ISO and 5S activity.
+ Constantly striving to team to achieve department objective.
+ To direct contact with customs if required.

Language: Thai & English proficiency
Education: A Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field is generally preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as a Customs Analyst, Import/Export Coordinator, or Trade Analyst, preferably in a multinational company, automotive or regional value content processing under Rules of Origin pertaining to Thailand Customs Free Zone regulations as well as international trade agreements.

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of operational excellence.
**How you create impact**
Your primary objective will be to ensure 100% accuracy in stock reconciliation + inventory management for each account. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key activities.
+ To complete daily inventory tasks, including supporting the training of others per inventory management requirements.
+ To provide reports as per standard operating (SOP).
+ To ensure processes for inventory claims, returns, damaged goods handling are completed, identifying measures to reduce damages.
+ To identify + resolve identified inventory issues via root cause analysis.
+ To deliver all required of stock counts in accordance with customer requirements + our guidelines.
**What we would like you to bring**
1. Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of working experience in inventory control for 3PL warehouse.
2. Preferable from Freezone bakg
3. Able to track data, managing stock inbound and outbound and understand transactions of import and export
4. Able to use Excel such as VlookUp, Pivot and PowerQuery
5. Good in communication in general and able to communicate in English would be additional advantage.

As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations. You will be responsible for the overall performance of an operational site in order to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives. The activities needed to deliver these objectives include:
**How you create impact**
To manage, plan, organize, staff, + direct warehouse activities at the site.
+ To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management, productivity, customer service + profit.
+ To ensure your teams deliver against their customer, site + people KPI.
+ To drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence by collaborating at a site level.
+ To drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times, ensuring your site meets or exceeds it's productivity targets.
+ To contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business.
+ To oversee the safe operation of warehousing activities across the site, ensuring the correct skills + training are in place + are compliant with health/safety/environment legislation + standards
