- Establish Loading plan, vessel booking confirmation, communicate to customer for shipment schedule confirmation and term.
- Manage and control shipping service provider and freight forwarder to work as per out requirement.
- Ensure Logistics vendor comply with all INEOS regulation in term of billing process.
- Coordinated to relevant team to be ensure all outbound activities has been process right on time in ERP SAP system and aligned with physical activities.
- Ensure all outbound shipment are departure and arriving on time and all shipping document are process correctly and on time handover to consignees.
- Ensure cost of outbound shipment has been input in every single order and all vendor billing right on time.
- Ensure all other related assignment activities are completed right on time.
**Outcome**:Ensure all outbound shipment has arrived destination right on time with consignees received appropriated document with good communication to relevant parties.

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of operational excellence.
**How you create impact**
Your primary objective will be to ensure 100% accuracy in stock reconciliation + inventory management for each account. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key activities.
+ To complete daily inventory tasks, including supporting the training of others per inventory management requirements.
+ To provide reports as per standard operating (SOP).
+ To ensure processes for inventory claims, returns, damaged goods handling are completed, identifying measures to reduce damages.
+ To identify + resolve identified inventory issues via root cause analysis.
+ To deliver all required of stock counts in accordance with customer requirements + our guidelines.

1. Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of working experience in inventory control for 3PL warehouse.
