**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing overall logistics and warehouse management including organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.
- Creating and enforcing policies and practices for logistics activities that focus on effectiveness, sustainability, and efficiency.
- Monitoring existing logistic systems and making suggestions for improvements when needed.
- Initiating ideas and practices regarding the logistics systems.
- Developing excellent relationships with the internal team including sales and marketing, and production about any issues that arise.

- As a group leader of logistcis planning to manage planner team for ensure smoothly processes in supply chain of HmjP production (Deliver, Make, Source).
- Lead the logistics planning team to achieve the logistics KPIs e.g. Total Logistics Cost (focus on freight, duty), Inventory (DIO), On Tine Delivery (OTD), Customer Delivery Performance (LIWAKS+), Blocked Inventory and
other KPIs which related to logistics planning.
- Coordinate with logistics IPN to plan the supply chain network, be a represenatative of HmjP Logistics Planning to work with PS/LOP in topic of logistics planning (e.g. blocked inventory plant coordinator, IPN coordinator, etc.).
- Analyze, solve the problems regarding to customer delivery and supply shortage issues, escalate to above level according to escalation model and matrix.

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Manages staff to ensure timely and accurate purchase, movement and control of inventory.
+ Maintains responsibility for performance management, development, recognition, coaching and compensation of employees.

+ Acts as a liaison with customers to ensure forecast commitments are met.
+ Maintains continuous material supply, including pricing, on-time delivery, tracking excess and obsolete inventory, maintaining appropriate inventory levels and turns.
+ Reviews production schedules and changes to define the material requirements.
+ Addresses and resolves possible material shortages.
+ Works with other departments to review and dispose of non-conforming materials.
+ Acts as a liaison between customer project management and internal departments on the introduction of new product requirements.
+ Ensures bill of materials, pricing structure, supplier base, etc., is cost effective.
+ Recognizes cost impact of excess and obsolescence and actively seeks return on investment.
