Job Purpose

To ensure the smooth, safe, and reliable operation of all equipment and processes within the SWRO (Seawater Reverse Osmosis) plant through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safety-first culture with a goal of zero incidents.

• Plan and execute preventive (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for all mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.

• Monitor and maintain operation reliability, production capability, and line fill compliance.

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform root cause analysis.

• Diagnose faults and repair equipment to minimize downtime.

• Supervise the maintenance team to ensure compliance with safety codes and standards.

• Coordinate with GC Maintenance and other departments for project execution and issue resolution.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Plant Manager.

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and performance testing protocols.

• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Support project work and maintenance request forms (ใบแจ้งซ่อม).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.

• Minimum age: 30 years.

• Proven experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in water treatment or industrial plant settings.

• Strong knowledge of SWRO systems, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and instrumentation.

• Experience leading a team and managing cross-functional coordination.

• Good communication skills for reporting and client interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Aviation Management.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing technical maintenance data or other aviation-related fields.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes.
• Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.

Responsibilitie

• Plan long-term strategies and objectives for the department in both Maintenance Data Management Section and Analyse Insight Section.
• Oversee the operations of the Maintenance Data Management and Analysis Insight teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with senior management and related stakeholders such as aircraft manufacturers (OEMs), regulatory authorities, and maintenance departments.
• Review and approve the issued of Engineering Instructions (EI) and Technical Notes.
• Make key decisions regarding the improvement or resolution of repetitive defects, including defining corrective actions to mitigate potential future risks.
• Review and approve updates to Maintenance Manuals, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and Mandatory Service Bulletins (MSBs).

• Supervise the analysis of repetitive defects, defect trends, dent and buckle monitoring, and engine health monitoring.
• Assess and manage risks related to aircraft safety and maintenance operations.

• 0–3 years of experience in facilities, utilities, or maintenance of sheet metal equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, utilities, and machine maintenance.
• Proficiency in design and drawing tools such as SketchUp and AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

About this position: The Electrical Maintenance Engineer focuses on reactive maintenance, handling machine and equipment breakdowns and ensuring operations disruption is minimized as much as possible.
