In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the personnel working within the Rolling Stock. Job Description: Management and supervision the Shift Leaders, Engineers, Technician and Workers, who are employed within the Rolling Stock as well as any temporary personnel within this section Responsible for the technically correct condition and the timely availability of the segments, which from part of the Rolling Stock Liaising between the various maintenance and operation departments to manage scheduled maintenance tasks Coordinating technical interfaces between the electronic, permanent way & facilities and Rolling Stock sections Responsible for appropriate actions in the event of incidents within the Rolling Stock section Providing the requirements for the recruitment of personnel in co-operation with the Human Resources department and suggests training programs for the staff Able to do analyses of the maintenance history for the related equipment and facilities Manage the reporting system; to ensure the availability of sufficient and suitable spares for his area of supervision Ensure the prompt availability of qualified personnel, appropriate tools, and necessary materials in the event of incidents. **Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering with Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance management of manufacturing plant.
- Experience in the Food industry, FMCG is an advantage.
- Good computer literature in Microsoft office and engineering-related software.
