  • Conduct financial risk models design and development, model validation and testing, and other advanced data analytics on a wide range of client portfolios (financial and non-financial services)

Preferred skills

  • Excellent English and Thai written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong inter-personal skills and good communication skills, including the ability to document reports and conduct presentations for clients and key stakeholders
  • University degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematical Science, Financial Engineering, Actuarial, Statistics etc.)

Consultant / Senior Consultant
for Supply Chain Management Transformation team.

In this position you will proceed the following type of Business Consulting roles depending on project assignment ( Can do either or all type of following consulting Services, Project Assignment will be based on situational business opportunities but will consider by following priorities)

1. Production and Manufacturing Process-System Analysis and Design

  • Understand client's business strategy and characteristics of Product Data Master Management and Production with its related support operation
  • Analyze Business model, Process, Data, System, Automation for its business issues, root causes and impact related to i. Production and Manufacturing ii. Product Master Data Management and Product Life Cycle Management iii. Maintenance Operation
  • Design in-depth and practical solutions of Operational Strategy, Business process, Data Management, automation and system enablement, Operation management model regarding Product Master data management, Production and Maintenance
  • Assess and evaluate system and automation to best fit with Designed business blueprint considering Business requirements, functional capability with ROI analysis
  • Coordinate with MES, PLM, IoT, Maintenance IT vendors for system evaluation

2. Supply Chain Management Transformation and ERP Assessment

  • Analyze Process, Data, System, Organization, Skill for its business issues, root causes and impact related to either whole Supply Chain Management or either selected operation
  • Design practical solutions regarding Business process, system model, operation management method to solve identified issues effectively
  • Assess and evaluate utilization and business requirement regarding current System / Technology / ERP 3. Solution Deployment support and SCM Technology Project Management
  • Facilitate solution implementation with business users by training , coaching, manage project and monitoring progress
  • Project Management of System implementation projects and managing vendors, project schedule and scope management to ensure alignment with business objectives

3. Solution Deployment support and SCM Technology Project Management

  • Facilitate solution implementation with business users by training , coaching, manage project and monitoring progress

Senior Consultant Level

  • Able to provide business consulting expertise in business process improvement and design in Supply Chain ( in-depth for Production and its related area and conceptual for overall supply Chain)
  • Analyze current business process ,identify key issues and able to provide business solutions focus on Operational perspective but be able to bridge with Management Requirement. (Responsible to deliver solutions in project with Manager's supervisory)
  • Support Manager for Project Management activities and able to lead small projects (1-2 members)
  • Lead solution and create consulting framework to deliver value for assigned project ( in either or all above consulting services , depend on expertise)
  • Lead interview session, Accountable for deliverables and able to provide compelling consulting presentation
  • Coach Consultant

Consultant Level

  • Conduct consulting activities in assigned area regarding above services and deliver values (Depend on expertise, under supervision of Senior consultants and Project Managers)

o Lead and support interview session

o Conduct data analysis

o Analyse business Issues o Design business solutions

o Coordinate within team and client in the project

o Responsible in creating high quality deliverables

o Responsible to provide comprehensive presentation of own's deliverables

Qualifications

  • Language skills: English (Business proficiency level), Thai (Native level), Able to Perform interview sessions in both Thai and English.
  • Professional user in : Excel (Data analysis and Pivot) ,Powerpoint ( Create Process Flow and Business presentation) , Word (Basic Reporting functions), Outlook, Teams
  • Preferrable for Experience with Manufacturing-based Industry
  • Preferrable for Experience with ERP as implementer, User
