Consultant Level

  • Conduct consulting activities in assigned area regarding above services and deliver values (Depend on expertise, under supervision of Senior consultants and Project Managers)

o Lead and support interview session

o Conduct data analysis

o Analyse business Issues o Design business solutions

o Coordinate within team and client in the project

o Responsible in creating high quality deliverables

o Responsible to provide comprehensive presentation of own's deliverables

Qualifications

  • Strong passion to grow and build career as business consultant
  • (Mandatory) Business sense, Fast Learner and Improvising Skill
  • (Mandatory) Reliable and commitment Characteristic
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Presentation and Effective Communication skills
  • Competency skills: Logical thinking, Data analysis, effective presentation, interviewing skills, negotiation / Influencing skills, team leadership skills , Creativity
  • Professional Skills: Understanding of Supply Chain Management concept and have specific skill either on Supply Chain Planning or Sales & Marketing management or Production management or Purchase management or warehouse management or Logistic/transportation management.
  • SCM Technology Experience: Involved in design of SCM related technology design and implementation as user or service provider. (ERP Projects, WMS etc.)
  • Language skills: English (Business proficiency level), Thai (Native level), Able to Perform interview sessions in both Thai and English.
  • Professional user in : Excel (Data analysis and Pivot) ,Powerpoint ( Create Process Flow and Business presentation) , Word (Basic Reporting functions), Outlook, Teams
  • Preferrable for Experience with Manufacturing-based Industry
  • Preferrable for Experience with ERP as implementer, User
