Strategic Planning – Director ~ Senior Manager

Lead brand and communication strategy development by turning data and insights into powerful creative directions. Collaborate closely with creative, media, and account teams to craft integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth and innovation.

What you'll do:

• Develop strategic frameworks and campaign direction for key clients

Qualifications:

• ปริญญาตรี/ปริญญาโท คณะบริหารธุรกิจ, เศรษฐศาสตร์, Data Analyticหรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง(GPAX 2.70 ขึ้นไป)
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1 ปีขึ้นไป ในสายงานด้าน Analyst หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในเกณฑ์ดี (TOEIC 550 หรือ CEFR Intermediate (B1) ขึ้นไป)
• มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ Programming ในระดับ Advanced

• Build and improve dashboards and tools using Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps
• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs to help drive business decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields
• 8+ years of experience in MIS, BI, or performance reporting — ideally in banking, wealth management, or financial services
• Strong skills in Excel (advanced level), Power BI, and Power Apps
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and working cross-functionally
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Good command of English (spoken and written)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning & Business Analyst Manager to join our team at Siam Tohcello Co., Ltd. This full-time position is based in Bangkok and will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
2. Developing comprehensive business plans and financial models to support strategic initiatives
3. Collaborating cross-functionally to gather and analyse data, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations
4. Presenting findings and proposals to executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives forward
5. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic projects
6. Mentoring and leading a team of business analysts to enhance their skills and contribute to the wider strategic planning process

What we're looking for

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Development & Strategic Planning, Finance, or Marketing.
2. Experience: 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
3. Core Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions, logical and analytical thinking, ability to develop complex forecast models, and capability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines. Strong decision-making and data analysis skills.
4. Language Skills: Fluent proficiency in English (both written and verbal). Additional languages are an advantage.
5. Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong overall computer skills.

Role & Responsibility

• Support new business project / existing partner projects to ensure deliverables qualities and on-time delivery.
