**As a Management Trainee, you are part of the multi-disciplinary core team responsible for growing the FairDee agent community, increasing utilization of our digital insurance platform, and ultimately driving insurance premium growth.**

**You will be required to multi-task, rotating between departments while being involved in new initiatives. You will be exposed to most parts of our business and receive the necessary training, guidance and mentorship from the management team to learn and perform well in your roles. After a year of rotations, you and the company will jointly determine a permanent role that best suits your skill sets and aptitude.**

**As a startup, we have a flat and open culture that focuses on meritocracy not “experience”. Therefore, if you demonstrate exceptional ability to learn and perform, you will be quickly given the opportunity to lead new initiatives and even manage teams (we have earlier Management Trainees who have already become managers within 1 year of joining the company).**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Hands-on rotations of 3-6 months in our departments including Growth, Agent Success, Operations, Product Management, Finance & Accounting and People Operations**
**Be involved in projects/ initiatives that include (and not limited to)**:
**Identifying business process improvements in departments**
**Field studies to reach out to partners in related categories such as dealerships, life insurance agents etc. to ultimately develop growth “playbook” to reach out and acquire different types of partners**
**Recommending improvements to the platform’s value proposition and collaborating with our tech and product team to roll out the improvements**

Job Description

**Job Purposes**:
Participate in setting up plans, strategies and policies about marketing, develop and monitor marketing operations and operating cost, along with providing advice and recommendations to solve problems about marketing properly, in order to support the operations effectively aligning with organization’s needs and situation, and achieve profitability, objectives, and policies of the organization

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Participate in setting up plans, strategies, policies, and overall ideas about marketing operations, including annual budget and operating cost, in order to align with organization’s policies and objectives
- Lead and manage marketing strategies to marketing operations, including advertising, public relations, events and sale promotions, to support business operations and sale performances aligning with the plans
- Build brand value to gain competitive advantage and market share
- Follow up marketing movement and situation of the opponents to participate in setting up creative marketing strategies and policies and achieve organization goals and policies effectively
- Plan and monitor the assessment of marketing operations to ensure accurate and effective operations and develop the performance
- Coordinate with related functions to create mutual understanding in marketing operations
- Monitor making summary reports of overall marketing operations to improve the performance of marketing officers and managers
- Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in related field and 3-5 years of team management
- Have great understanding in marketing system related to organization business
- Have good English skills
- Have good computer skills
- Have good communication skill
- Be able to coordinate
