- Minimum 3 years of experience in paint and special process engineering.
- Familiar with spray gun system, pre-treatment, paint booth, and curing oven temperature profiling.
- Able to read and interpret customer process and material specification, and translate the requirements to work instruction and documentation.
- Knowledge of CAD modeling software such as Solidworks will be an advantage.
