- Design and optimize SMT lines with a focus on the Pick-and-Place process and programming (ASM and Fuji machine skills given special consideration).
- Create and adjust Pick-and-Place programs to ensure optimal performance.
- Configure machines, including setting up basic program environments.
- Execute/update patch and software to close vulnerability of SMT PCs and servers.
- Basic or advance of SQL database maintenance is advantage.
- Manage component databases, including creating and storing multiple component databases as needed.
- Train and support production staff on Pick-and-Place procedures and best practices.
- Analyze data and generate reports to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Pick-and-Place technologies and incorporate them into the processes.

**Summary**
The Associate Engineer, Test Manufacturing accepts, transfers, installs, improves and maintains automatic test equipment and test programs that are used for product testing and design verification. They also may support the test development of the test equipment and processes to ensure robust and high quality test solutions and final products are realized.
**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Under supervision and with assistance develop, qualify, and install test applications into manufacturing operations.
+ Optimize the Test process focusing on productivity improvements to cycle time and yield
+ Debug of solutions provided by external vendors or customers based on training supplied
+ Assist with test optimization based on feedback from customers and operations partners based on a solid unstinting of the test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, firmware/diagnostics and user experience.
+ Maintain with minimal supervision, the continuing performance of the Testers and participate in the OEE improvement plans, yield and test time optimization.
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Good logical thinking and analytical skills
+ Good command of English and Thai speaking
+ Ability to work in Laem Chabang, Chonburi
**Typical Experience**
+ 0-3 years of working experience in testing and debug in both electrical and optical level
+ New graduated is welcome
**Typical Education**
+ Degree or higher in Telecommunication Engineering or Electronics Engineering

Production Line Leader
to join our
Advanced Materials business unit
team in our
Chonburi site
. Reporting to the
Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) Leader
, your focus will be
responsible for monitoring and managing man, machines, methods and materials in TIM production line.
In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising Team Members:
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Provide on-the-job training and development.
- Monitor employee performance & PA discussion and address any issues.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Production Management
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- Monitor machines, equipment &instrument performance and coordinate maintenance.
- Escalate & highlight the issues in production line & provide the information & insight from shopfloor to team for problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Maintain & control the operator working following the standard work.
Quality Control
- Monitor & control products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and resolve quality issues.
Safety Compliance
- Enforce safety regulations and procedures.
- Respond to safety incidents and accidents.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure adequate stock.
- Minimize waste and optimize inventory utilization.
Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., engineering, quality control, maintenance).
- Provide input on process improvements, cost reduction initiatives and kaizen.
- Other assignment from supervisor & manager.
Must Have
- Experience in Production Line Leader from manufacturing environment is a must.
- Experience in Electronic manufacturing 5 - 8 years is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, with days off that may not fall on weekends

- High vocational certificate or bachelor's degree in engineering.

- Basic English communication skill – both verbal and written
