Key Responsibilities

• Review mechanical drawings and verify BOM accuracy using IFS system
• Calculate steel material requirements and prepare cutting plans based on local market sizes
• Create and prepare drawings and programs for laser cutting, folding, and turning
• Supervise technicians in cutting, folding, and lathe operations to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery
• Coordinate with design and internal teams to resolve production issues
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure a zero-accident environment
• Conduct quality inspections before passing work to the next process
• Monitor tool readiness and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Provide daily and weekly progress reports to supervisors
• Continuously improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in laser cutting, metal sheet work, and folding operations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, CypCut laser software, and cutting programs
• Strong English communication skills
• Healthy and free from prohibited contagious diseases
• Male candidates must have completed military service (if applicable)

Job Description

• Support series production, SOP, Ramp up and follow up OEE, scrap reduction, C/T, Productivity, Break down, Machine improvement and monitoring production process to meet quality, cost and output.
• Capability measurement (Measurement & Test process, Machine, Production), SPC control chart monitoring & take action in case of deviation of control criteria.
• Review and revise for correction P-FMEA, Control plan with Eng. Staff, Error proofing development for specific area.
• Preparation of production documents and working standard.
• Support budget planning for production improvement activities.
• Cooperate with cross functional team BPS, Quality activities of MFE and HSE Safety Activities  (e.g.  , FMEA line walk , 4M change management,SMC, PKM, Point-CIP, System-CIP, 5S and 14Q).
• Support 8D activity and Customer request by using PSS.
• MAE,Tooling,Parameters and document preparation for new model until SOP in HmjP.
• Participation and support of Engineering change request (ECR preparation and revision).
• Participate to lead plant and internal (IPN report).
• Support audit from internal and External ITAF16949, ISO 14001 and Safety Audit

Qualifications

Education Background:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering (or related field) with at least 3 years of experience.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English knowledge, other foreign languages is an advantage.
• Knowledge about Leakage test, Press-in process, Setting process.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office / AutoCAD.

• Preparing document processes and procedure (Process plan documents) to support manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve quality.
