**Summary**
The Engineer, Manufacturing Process is responsible for designing, developing, deploying and optimizing processes for manufacturing to achieve quality cost and delivery goals for Celestica and its customers products.
**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ New product leader and co-ordinate.
+ Communicate to customer for EC related issue and NPI activities.
+ Co-ordinate with concern team to meet the customer product's requirements.
+ Co-ordinate with concern team to Process BOM release in Matrix system.
+ Generate ECN history of Optical Module and PCBA for traceability.
+ Assign indirect mat'l and maintain indirect mat'l AVL.
+ Process Change Management system.
+ Manage the shop floor BOM for support production build.
+ Cost reduction.
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
Refer to technical skills below
**Typical Experience**
+ Optical Components process assembly, splicing, die attach, alignment or PCBA process assembly experience in SMT, wave soldering and mechanical assembly.
+ Knowledge in NPI, new product, new process, BOM
+ Good leadership and self-motivation
+ Good in English and communicate well.
**Typical Education**
Bachelor or higher in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

**Job Requirements**
+ Planning the proto parts timeline, Ensuring on-time delivery of sample parts with quality & SCCOP recovery.
+ Conduct the meeting with CFT for risk assessments and feasibility studies.
+ Design and develop manufacturing processes for new products, Collaborate with R&D and design engineers during the development phase.
+ Ensuring the on-time ECN/PPAP audits with all required documents (PFC, PFMEA, SWI) and co-ordination with production team.
+ Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
+ Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards and Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action for defects.
+ Ensure workplace safety by identifying and mitigating process hazards and Safety Targets monthly (SLM, BBS, Training etc.)
**What your background should look like**
+ BE/ B. Tech (Electronic, Mechanical)/ Diploma (5 - 7 years' experience)
+ 3 - 5 years of experience as a production supervisor or similar rol
+ Technical capabilities: Expert functional/domain knowledge
+ Advanced skills in MS Office
+ Organizational and leadership qualities
+ Communication and interpersonal skills

**Summary**
The Engineer, Test Manufacturing accepts, transfers, installs, improves and maintains automatic test equipment and test programs that are used for product testing and design verification. They also may support the test development of the test equipment and processes to ensure robust and high quality test solutions and final products are realized. #LI-PC1
**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Under supervision and with minimal assistance define, specify, qualify, install, support and optimize test process and test equipment solutions for manufacturing.
+ Lead test process optimization, with a focus on productivity improvements to cycle time and yield for a specific set of equipment within an Operations value stream
+ Debug of test process and equipment solutions using design of experiments, tools, and failure analysis methodologies
+ Collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to detect and solve product and test yield and performance issues
+ Develop improvement roadmaps for test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, test time reductions and OEE
+ Analyze and interpret data and information from yield reports and equipment logs and product diagnostics to determine sources of yield loss
+ Provide solution support to process engineers to improve detection of known defect types as part of a Process Control plan
