As a Senior Manufacturing Technician at Honeywell in Chonburi, Thailand, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products and services for our customers. Your responsibilities will include assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, monitoring production processes, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Operational Oversight:** Monitor and oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations (Mixing, Extruding, Coating, Cutting, SP process, Inspection & Packing) to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently _i.e. process audit, Gemba walk, etc.,_
**Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and cost reduction. Implement changes as needed to enhance productivity and quality _thru Kaizen program, process & machine auditing_
**Equipment Maintenance:** Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure it operates correctly. Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades when necessary.
**Quality Assurance:** Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and tests as required to verify product integrity.
**Training and Mentorship:** Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians and operators. Share knowledge and best practices to help develop their skills and expertise.
**Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of production activities, including equipment logs, process parameters, and quality control data. Generate reports on key performance metrics and communicate findings to management.
**Safety Compliance:** Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Identify and mitigate potential hazards or risks.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of objectives.
**Problem Solving:** Identify and resolve issues that arise during manufacturing processes promptly and effectively. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
**Project Management:** Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving manufacturing processes, introducing new products, or expanding production capacity.
Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or as requested by Engineer or Manager.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ High School Diploma

Experience in **Process Technician from manufacturing filed.**
Experience in **Electronic manufacturing 3 - 5 years is preferred.**
Positive thinking, self-learner.
Good communication skill.
Basic English communication skill - both verbal and written.
Sufficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
**Ability to work rotating shifts, with days off that may not fall on weekends**
