As a Senior Manufacturing Technician at Honeywell in Chonburi, Thailand, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products and services for our customers. Your responsibilities will include assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, monitoring production processes, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.
In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Operational Oversight:** Monitor and oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations (Mixing, Extruding, Coating, Cutting, SP process, Inspection & Packing) to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently _i.e. process audit, Gemba walk, etc.,_
+ **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and cost reduction. Implement changes as needed to enhance productivity and quality _thru Kaizen program, process & machine auditing_
+ **Equipment Maintenance:** Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure it operates correctly. Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades when necessary.
+ **Quality Assurance:** Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and tests as required to verify product integrity.
+ **Training and Mentorship:** Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians and operators. Share knowledge and best practices to help develop their skills and expertise.
+ **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of production activities, including equipment logs, process parameters, and quality control data. Generate reports on key performance metrics and communicate findings to management.
+ **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Identify and mitigate potential hazards or risks.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of objectives.
+ **Problem Solving:** Identify and resolve issues that arise during manufacturing processes promptly and effectively. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
+ **Project Management:** Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving manufacturing processes, introducing new products, or expanding production capacity.
+ Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or as requested by Engineer or Manager.
**MUST HAVE:**
+ Graduated Hight Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's degree in IE, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
+ Experience in **Process Technician from manufacturing filed.**
+ Experience in **Electronic manufacturing 3 - 5 years is preferred.**
+ **Ability to work rotating shifts, with days off that may not fall on weekends**

Facilities Technicians at Google data centers operate, monitor and support physical facilities conditions. Some of these duties will include heating and cooling of air and water, power supply, generators, UPS systems, electrical distribution and control and monitoring systems. The Supervisor - Quality (Analytical Lab) is responsible for the overseeing, planning, developing, and directing quality assurance policies, programs, and initiatives for the Analytical Laboratory. Oversees the process and testing of ensure testing complies with established quality standards and government regulations.
**What you will do**
+ Develop a laboratory sampling, sample retention and testing program for raw materials, work in progress (WIP), and finished products at the facility.
+ Be competent in the performance of routine laboratory test procedures, and operation of analytical instruments and other standard laboratory equipment.
+ Understand and use basic laboratory safety equipment and instructions, precautions in handling reagents and disposal of chemical waste according to local environmental regulations.
+ Ensure the interpretation, reporting of data and maintenance of records are documented and effectively implemented. Including the use of statistical analysis and Statistical Process Control where appropriate.
+ Understand and be able to precisely follow written lab procedures, global methods, local methods and published standard or compendia sources. Translate corporate global methods to the local language as required.
+ Ensure the calibration of analytical instruments, the use of analytical reference standards and the maintenance of the equipment are established and followed.
+ Ensure the installation qualification (IQ), operation qualification (OQ) and performance qualification (PQ) of the analytical instruments are performed.
+ Devise and execute a program of routine problem resolution and continuous improvement.
+ Develop and monitor the coaching and training of the staff in the chemical laboratory.
+ Participate in internal audits. Conduct and report internal verification of all the laboratory testing units, based on the laboratory testing standard and other quality-related operating standards. Function as part of the Plant's GMP and Quality Teams.
+ Interface with Divisional GMP, Quality Audit and GTC Analytical Teams. Serve as an in-plant resource during external audits by regulatory agencies or other third parties.
+ Ensure that analytical methods for key release specifications (KRS) of finished products have gone through appropriate validations and the local laboratory is qualified to perform the analysis prior to manufacturing the product.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
+ 3-5 years of laboratory experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or consumer products industries.
+ Strong knowledge of laboratory compliance and quality systems
+ Proficiency in standard laboratory operations and techniques.

+ Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Contract Support Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Respond to client inquiries and concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
+ Understand the scope of the contract and make sure that all work is carried out accordingly.
+ Be a financial and operational systems champion. Suggest efforts to put in place cost-saving opportunities to maximize customer and financial savings targets.
+ Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned works and manage sub-contractor paperwork.
+ Review processed invoices and ensure accurate cost center coding. Coordinate the billing application, calculating margins, raising invoices, and submitting to clients. Work closely with site teams and head office, ensuring accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders.
+ Review and approve maintenance billing invoices and projects as per contracted agreements. Ensure consistent delivery of core operational and financial outputs on the account.
+ Respond to inquiries on financial reports for Accounts Receivable, Payable, and open POs.
+ Deliver monthly reporting support on Contract and Business Unit Reviews.
+ Assist in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including HSE reporting and promoting a safe work environment. Maintain QHSE documentation and ensure it is available using company systems.
+ Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
+ Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
+ Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
+ A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
+ Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**
+ Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in critical environment or data centre operations and maintenance.
+ Experience in managing maintenance contracts and monitoring contractor performance.
+ Strong technical knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, including but not limited to HV and LV distribution systems, associated plant/equipment, HVAC mechanical cooling/heating systems, fire protection and suppression systems, and electrical and mechanical systems.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, diagnose and solve technical issues.
+ Excellent English & Thai communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and standards.

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Data Center Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs within a Data Center operation.
This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Assist with daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance.
+ Ensure the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
+ React to Building Management System alarms, and complete emergency repairs as needed.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Critical Facility manager in delivering asset management services including, asset management delivery planning, maintenance planning, condition monitoring, and lifecycle planning.

- Managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and WO processes.
- Maintaining staff rosters, keeping overtime and backfill records.
- Support other sites during peak periods/as required
- Ensure accuracy and a high quality of all data entered in to applicable system(s).
- CMMS Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule data entry, coordination & Customer follow-up of Change Management approval.
- Preparing and controlling documentation for internal and external audits.
- Provide engineering support to the contract facility manager and senior engineers including support in managing all contractual paperwork and compliance documentation.
- Sourcing relevant data to support completion of monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Ad hoc reporting as required by the customer.
- Ensures compliance with, local, state and federal regulatory requirements including environmental, building, fire, health & safety.
- Actively promote a safe working environment and culture.
- Report all safety concerns, hazards, near misses and incidents.

**Qualifications and Education**
- 3 years' experience in a Critical Environment or Data Centre supporting role
- Strong experience in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems like ServiceNow, Maximo, Si7, Tririga, and Archibus etc
- Excellent use of Microsoft Packages such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity of local/national regulatory codes, guidelines, and permit processes.

+ Good customer relationship skills.
+ Working knowledge of "Permit to work" systems.
+ Understanding and interpretation of technical drawings/processes.
+ Experience of CMMS and BMS systems.
+ Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
+ Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
+ Ability to effectively communicate in both Thai and English is advantageous.
