+ To drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times, ensuring your site meets or exceeds it's productivity targets.
+ To contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business.
+ To oversee the safe operation of warehousing activities across the site, ensuring the correct skills + training are in place + are compliant with health/safety/environment legislation + standards

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer Excellence.
**How you create impact**
Your primary objective will be to provide an outstanding level of service by managing customer needs, completing all required tasks effectively + efficiently, ensuring that all supply chain process are seamless. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.
+ To respond to customer requests in a timely quickly, identifying + solving issues, complaints or disputes in a professional manner.
+ To manage + process received orders in the system, handing them over to the warehouse operations team for completion.
+ To communicate with customers regarding the order status or when issues arise.
+ To prepare + sort documents such as cycle count reports, invoices; identifying + interpreting data for system entry.
+ To coordinate with customer to submit billing as per agreed timeframes along with required supporting documents, monitor + follow up any discrepancies in original tax invoices, escalating as necessary.
+ To identify + implement solutions aimed at continuous improvements within the customer portfolio (e.g. data quality, turnaround times, + customer satisfaction).
+ To ensure compliance with all customer contractual obligations on the part of the company.

As a Sr Quality Management System Engineer here at Honeywell, you will develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with ISO9001, RBA, IATF16949, VDA6.3 and other customer specific requirements. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in quality management systems, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
+ Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, etc.).
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, 8D methodology is preferable.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
+ Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified QMS, Six Sigma, Quality Core Tools, etc).

Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist to develop the process lay out for new product.
+ Review all customer new product drawing and provide manufacturing feasibility feedback, also assist on Creating DFM.
+ Lead new product testing and generate report for each testing and keep track of all the testing.
+ Preparing the new product tooling's for testing and for qualification builds.
+ Follow up with concern people to get the tooling on time to meet the target date.
+ Provide technical support during production ramp-up, troubleshooting issues as they arise on the shop floor
+ Upon receiving inspect the tooling's and file & maintain the report for reference.
+ Conduct test runs with completed tools or dies to ensure that parts meet specifications; make adjustments as necessary.
+ Documentation and Reporting: Develop detailed technical documentation, including process flows, work instructions, and test reports. Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Research and develop new stamping processes, materials, and technologies to improve productivity and product quality.
+ Lead All customer new product qualification build.
+ Oversee the fabrication of prototypes and pilot runs. Analyze results and iterate on design or process parameters as needed.
+ Technology Scouting: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend new equipment, software, or methodologies for adoption.

+ Deep understanding of stamping principles, tool/die mechanics, material science, and production systems.
+ Creative approach to problem-solving and process improvement, with a passion for pioneering new solutions.
+ Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
+ Rigor in documenting processes, analyzing test results, and ensuring quality standards are met.
+ Proficient in working with cross-functional teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and consensus-building.
+ Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying current with advances in materials, equipment, and methodologies.
+ Knowledge and experience of press tools, jigs, fixtures manufacturing and maintenance.
+ Able to operate basic tool room machines like grinding, milling & lathe etc.
+ Able to read and write engineering drawings.
+ Able to work under pressure.
