**Your day at NTT DATA**
As a Client Success Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be at the heart of maintaining and building valuable client relationships. Your day involves acting as the primary post-sale point of contact for multiple small-to-medium scale or simple contracts. You will drive client-facing activities through our Client Success Management Charters: Adoption, Expansion, and renewal. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our clients find immense value in their partnership with us, creating a positive experience in every interaction.
You will work closely with clients, nurturing relationships and acting as their trusted advisor. This includes helping them adopt and expand the use of our offerings and services, facilitating successful interactions with NTT DATA, and improving Client Satisfaction (CSAT) scores. When issues arise, you will be the escalation point, ensuring they are resolved satisfactorily.
In the Adoption Charter, your focus will be on ensuring clients are aware of and can successfully adopt and increase their usage of our services. You will help them realize demonstrable value, meeting their original business objectives. Meanwhile, in the Expansion Charter, you will drive up-sell opportunities and close deals to achieve revenue targets, identifying cross-sell opportunities and engaging sales teams to extend our footprint with the client.
For the renewal Charter, you will demonstrate the value delivered throughout the contract's lifecycle, driving successful and on-time renewals, and minimizing churn. You will also leverage renewal opportunities to drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
As part of the regional and Global Client Success Management practice, you will adopt standard methodologies, use our platforms and tools, and contribute to the community by sharing your experiences. You will ensure the quality of DATA within your client portfolio, maintain your Client Success Management skills, and stay updated on NTT DATA's offerings.
**To thrive in this role, you need to have:**
+ Knowledge of NTT DATA's offerings and services, including their core functionality, pricing structures, and client benefits.
+ Understanding of IT service environments, operations, and ITIL practices.
+ Knowledge of billing processes, client invoicing, and contract management.
+ Experience in account planning and stakeholder management.
+ Proven ability to execute on-time renewals with minimal churn.
+ Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify up-sell opportunities and close deals.
+ Ability to understand a client's business strategy and align it with NTT DATA solutions.
+ Experience in a client-facing role within Sales, Service, or Consultancy in a large-scale, preferably multinational, IT services environment.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships up to management level.
+ Bachelor's degree in information technology, sales, business science or a related field is strongly preferred.
+ Financial acumen knowledge and understanding.

+ Verify Raw Material Count: Confirm the quantity of raw materials withdrawn from the store department and sign the receipt once the count is verified against the lot invoice. Follow up on any discrepancies with the Supply Chain department.
+ Daily Machine Status Check: Review daily status reports from employees regarding machinery to ensure accuracy and identify any necessary issues that need resolution, ensuring that the machines can operate for production, outputting high-quality products.
+ Task Assignment and Staffing: Allocate personnel to various roles appropriately so that employees can perform their duties across different lines in a balanced manner, aligning with production requirements.
+ Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with the maintenance department to plan machine repairs, such as the auto tube loader, whether due to quality issues or scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) to meet production plans.
+ Daily Shift Summary: Summarize daily operations for the shift supervised, including addressing any issues that arise and ensuring that questions are answered, informing the department manager or colleagues during the daily Tier meeting.
+ Interdepartmental Coordination: Work with support departments as needed to request assistance when production faces machinery or quality-related issues.
+ Support Related Activities: Assist in activities related to continuous improvement and encourage employee understanding and cooperation, such as HOS (Honeywell Operating System), 5S, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

We are currently seeking a **Warehouse Officer** to join our team in our **_Chonburi, Thailand_** office.

Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs."
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
+ Ensure inventory is tracked and managed effectively throughout the warehouse.
+ Manage and execution of the inbound and outbound shipment process to ensure timely delivery by collaborating with logistics teams
+ Receive and manage the disbursement of raw materials in the warehouse, including managing important documents related to purchase orders, invoices
+ Provide goods receive for raw materials reference from purchase order or invoice into the SAP system and transfer raw materials from SAP system to the production department by reference to the reservation forms
+ Print labels based on details of each type of raw materials, such as part number, part name, quantity, batch number, receipt date and expiration date, etc.
+ Coordinate with the logistics team and external warehouse to manage the transportation of materials both import/export between the warehouse and the relevant team
+ Control and manage to sale scrap materials from production, recycled materials by cooperating with suppliers
+ Prepare a report on the sale of scrap materials from production and recycled materials for manager approval
+ Reporting details of waste management and unused materials in the online system of the Department of Industrial Works (DIW)
+ Prepare report inventory and control cycle count the stock of raw materials in the warehouse to compare and correctly with SAP system
+ Monitor and manage inventory levels through regular audits according FIFO goods receiving
+ Maintain raw materials and packaging in an orderly manner and prevent damage in the warehouse
**MUST HAVE:**
+ Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse operations
+ Expertise and experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
+ Experience in warehouse data management, inter-warehouse delivery management, and inventory counting
+ Experience in ERP, MRP, SAP system is essential (experience in WMS system will be given special consideration)
+ **?** Ability to drive a forklift will be good to have

+ Coordinate with carriers to coordinate delivery schedules and freight rates between warehouses.

+ Have high responsibility and attention to detail in filing and handling documents such as purchase orders and invoices for accounting department.
