**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Perform month-end closing responsibilities including preparing journal entries, ensuring monthly transactions are correctly recorded, analyzing, and reporting spend, production credits
+ Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly, develop action plans and lead resolution on accounts
+ Assist department managers in understanding monthly spend and developing monthly weekly and forecasts
+ Maintain strong internal control environment through regular inventory monitoring and verification of policy adherence
+ Support Revenue Department and tax requests as needed
+ Support Fixed Asset Accounting and Capital Investment requests as needed
+ Assist in resolution of AP issues and facilitate vendor payments
+ Monitor and report on key financial metrics to track business performance.

**MUST HAVE**
+ Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting or related roles
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
+ Ensure inventory is tracked and managed effectively throughout the warehouse.
+ Manage and execution of the inbound and outbound shipment process to ensure timely delivery by collaborating with logistics teams
+ Receive and manage the disbursement of raw materials in the warehouse, including managing important documents related to purchase orders, invoices
+ Provide goods receive for raw materials reference from purchase order or invoice into the SAP system and transfer raw materials from SAP system to the production department by reference to the reservation forms
+ Print labels based on details of each type of raw materials, such as part number, part name, quantity, batch number, receipt date and expiration date, etc.
+ Coordinate with the logistics team and external warehouse to manage the transportation of materials both import/export between the warehouse and the relevant team
+ Control and manage to sale scrap materials from production, recycled materials by cooperating with suppliers
+ Prepare a report on the sale of scrap materials from production and recycled materials for manager approval
+ Reporting details of waste management and unused materials in the online system of the Department of Industrial Works (DIW)
+ Prepare report inventory and control cycle count the stock of raw materials in the warehouse to compare and correctly with SAP system
+ Monitor and manage inventory levels through regular audits according FIFO goods receiving
+ Maintain raw materials and packaging in an orderly manner and prevent damage in the warehouse
**MUST HAVE:**
+ Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse operations
+ Expertise and experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
+ Experience in warehouse data management, inter-warehouse delivery management, and inventory counting
+ Experience in ERP, MRP, SAP system is essential (experience in WMS system will be given special consideration)
+ **?** Ability to drive a forklift will be good to have

The Skilled Critical Facilities Maintenance Technician acts as an informal team leader, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on achieving operational excellence.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Develops creative approaches to keeping operational costs to a minimum, improves efficiency, and implements new strategies. Systems of responsibility include -
+ O Mechanical responsibilities include chilled water systems and components, HVAC systems such as roof top units, CRAC/CRAH units, and humidification systems.
+ O Electrical responsibilities include electrical/critical power distribution from the Utility/Generator main switchgear through the UPS systems out to the customer load.

+ Inspects parts for surface defects.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.
**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:**
+ Understanding of the mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety systems used in a data center environment including, but not limited to the following - electrical distribution and layout, Transformers, PLC's, Generators, Switchgear, UPS systems, STS', ATS' PDU's, Chilled Water Systems, CRAC/CRAH's, Pre-Action Sprinkler Systems.
+ Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, NFPA 72, NFPA 25, and compliance issues as well as building codes in regard to fire life safety.
+ Current knowledge in industrial safety best practices (i.e. lockout/tag out, arc flash protection, OSHA and state regulations).
+ Familiarity with data trending / tracking and analysis and the ability to utilize a PC based integrated critical monitoring systems.
+ Ability to process Hands and Eye requests as required i.e., Tape Rotation, Rack and Stack of equipment, inventory hardware, power cycle devices, patch cable install/removal.

**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Team Lead, Critical Facilities Operations and Maintenance is an entry level management role, ensuring the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and improvements to the physical infrastructure of the data center. This role provides training, expertise and experience to their critical facilities operations/maintenance team(s). Regular, predictable attendance is essential for satisfactory performance.
This team lead role is accountable for supervising team(s), fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on achieving operational excellence.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Supervises the Data Center Technicians and the Facilities Technicians.
+ Operates and maintains data center in such a condition as to assure the most optimal uptime to customers for facilities services (electrical, cooling, etc. measured by Five 9's).
+ Tasks out the CFOps team in such a way that complies with all local, state, and federal requirements for fire, health and Life Safety.
+ Provides tasking for the daily operations and maintenance scheduling of non-critical and critical maintenance.
+ Ensures the CFOps team works effectively to achieve the CFOps goals, reviewing budget, staff planning, NPS, efficiency, etc.
+ Analyzes data center equipment to obtain maximum effectiveness and efficiency, safety, cost, equipment longevity, and reliability.
+ Conducts in-depth training with the Data Centre Technicians on equipment, PM's, QA and CFOps procedures/processes.
+ Manages and maintains all training documentation; provides documentation to HR.
+ Ensures data center operates at maximum efficiency, including analyzing existing operating conditions, recommending new technologies, maintaining customer SLA requirements, and improving overall efficiency while maintaining budget expectations.
+ Works with customers to provide successful installs that exceed expectations - delight the customer.
+ Supervises the safety and well-being of all CFOps team.
+ Responsible for shift assignments, timekeeping review & approval and PTO approval for all assigned Data Centre Technicians and Facilities Technicians.
+ Writes and Reviews non-critical and critical Method of Procedures (MOP's), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Standard Method of Procedure (SMP) and provides input.
+ Supervises the execution of non-critical and critical Method of Procedures and ensures their thorough completion.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
**To thrive in this role, you need to have:**
+ Background in electrical and mechanical systems design review, layout, installation, commissioning and operations.
+ Knowledge of low voltage systems, including fire, security and PLCs.
+ Knowledge of NFPA Electrical, Fire and Life Safety and building codes.
+ Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, NFPA 72, NFPA 25 and compliance issues.
+ Knowledge in industrial safety best practices (i.e. lockout/tag out, arc flash protection, OSHA and state regulations).
+ Experienced with data trending / tracking and analysis and ability to rapidly learn and use PC based, integrated critical monitoring systems.
+ Entry level supervisor skills.

You will ensure the quality of DATA within your client portfolio, maintain your Client Success Management skills, and stay updated on NTT DATA's offerings.
