Role Description
This is a contract role for a Market Expansion Officer, located on-site in Bangkok. The Market Expansion Officer will be responsible for identifying and developing new market opportunities, driving regional and cross-border business strategies, conducting market research and analysis, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Daily tasks also include tracking market trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to align global vision with local execution.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, competitors, and potential opportunities for international expansion.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies (online & offline) tailored to each target country.
- Coordinate with local partners, distributors, multi-brand stores, and fulfillment centers.
- Plan and oversee sales launches (soft launch, pop-up stores, consignment, online marketplaces).
- Monitor sales performance, evaluate outcomes, and report progress to management.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with strategic partners in each market.

Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
to ensure smooth market entry and operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Market Expansion, or International Sales (fashion or e-commerce background preferred).
- Knowledge of
e-commerce platforms, retail market trends, and online/offline sales channels
