- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- 2 - 5 years of experience in FMCG, Tech company or e-commerce companies preferred, entry level candidates with a university degree in the relevant field can be considered.
- Proven experience in sourcing, procurement or trading will be a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and be able to regularly engage/articulate in discussions within P&G and our suppliers
- Strong leadership skills to drive supplier negotiations, lead external discussions
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret insights from data
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills across geographies
- Ability to leverage external connections and regional/global networks to find opportunities that drive innovation and cost savings

- Performing various checks and reconciliations on a daily basis to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assisting with monitoring chargebacks and users' wallet balances. Review, analyze, and efficiently resolve chargeback disputes and financial leaks with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Performing other financial adjustments for users and preparation of bank refunds.
- Maintaining various daily reports and ledgers.
- Support month-end activities by preparing and maintaining supporting documentation
- Working closely with other teams to achieve a smooth operation and improve our user experience
- Providing recommendations for process streamlining and improvements.
