- Monitors and maintains media schedules as well as prompt settlement of accounts.
**Managing Direct Marketing Activities**
- Takes an integrated approach to DM activities, ensuring a consistent and quality image is projected.

**Manages Collateral**

Drive brand strategy development and execution to enhance brand value offering, maximize growth opportunities and monitor budgets to ensure the realization of revenue and profitability. Partner with external stakeholders, Hospital customers to ensure broaden access to target brands and improve customer experience. Collaborate with internal and external colleagues and sales team to ensure flawless execution of desired strategies and tactics.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize global/regional brand guidance to tailor and execute the brand’s strategies to local market needs and define local priorities for the brand/portfolio
- Allocate and execute in country brand budget and realization in order to ensure effectiveness of budgeted expense
- Execute below the line and above the line promotional programs
- Drive digital transformation to enhance customer connections by evaluating effectiveness of the digital strategy and leveraging on digital platform
- Cross-functional leadership-across Field Force, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Procurement, Supply chain Pricing, Market Access, Finance and Commercial Operations etc.
- Monitor and analyze business performance vis-à-vis business goals (awareness, share and etc) and the competitors
- Develop new KOLs and engage existing KOLs to sustain strong networking and market development
- Support country business leads on Regional/Global alignment in focus on primary goals & key strategies, long range forecasting, OP planning and budget/sales target allocation
- Ensure all marketing and business programs/practices are compliant to applicable local, global and company laws and guidelines
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure brand strategy compliance and market feedback

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

- Minimum requirement Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Master’s Degree an advantage
- At least 5-year pharmaceutical and at least 1-2 year in brand marketing
- Demonstrate the ability to identity and diagnose customer needs, brand communication gaps and developing activation ideas
- Good English communication both oral and written
- Strong ambition for professional development
- Cross-functional leadership and cultural collaboration Demonstrated proficiency in working in a highly matrix organizational structure
