Brand Management Intern

  • Support the Brand Team across various functions, including advertising, social media, and market research
  • Manage administrative tasks for marketing and sales operations
  • Contribute to all copywriting and editing efforts
  • Provide daily support to the team as needed
  • Coordinate work requirements and track project timelines
  • Develop and prepare essential presentation materials
  • Facilitate coordination with trade partners and media regarding project progress
  • Conduct competitor analysis reports, communication reports, and other related assignments
  • Propose actionable solutions to address potential issues

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Public Relations, or Communication Arts
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks of full-time work
  • A genuine passion for beauty, technology, and digital experiences
  • Possess a positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude
  • Thrive and contribute effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to share and showcase your internship journey on social media with current and future interns

Job Description

As a member of the Corporate Communications team, you'll play a crucial role in building and promoting the PTTEP company brand. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and Strategy

  • Assist in conducting research, gathering information and assisting in the formulation of strategy to support Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy, Company goals and directions.

Support the preparation of communications work programs, budgets, and KPIs, and help track work progress against key milestone goals.

Corporate Brand Management & Corporate Identity

  • Support the implementation and compliance across the company with the Corporate Brand policies to ensure alignment with the governing documents.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal users and external contractors to provide guidance and information and ensure alignment and compliance of Corporate Brand Identity.
  • Support the management and periodic development of Corporate Brand Identity (including the visual and verbal elements of the brand i.e. logo, tagline, brand guidelines) to ensure alignment and consistent application of Corporate Brand Identity across all media.
  • Periodically monitor brand performance and analyze against industry peers, to make recommendations for strategic adjustments to brand and communication strategies.
