Technicians are responsible for maintaining all aspects of the of Jurassic World Exhibition, including opening or closing the exhibit and maintaining all figures, puppets, sets, etc. We are currently seeking a technician who has experience with Mechanical Systems.

This can include animation, puppets, audio, lighting, interactive systems, show sets, video systems, wardrobe, paint, IT systems, etc. Technicians are also responsible for troubleshooting complex systems that can require several steps to diagnose and correct an issue. It's important that a candidate can read and understand documentation and manuals for effective troubleshooting.

Responsible for opening and/or closing the exhibition on a daily basis.

• Actively participates in the setup, commissioning, repair/maintenance and tear-down of all automation systems, rigging, scenic elements, trussing, motor systems and other associated equipment.
• Participates in site specific installation, implementation, renovation, and strike.
• Ensure the desired creative effect for the exhibition is always achieved and sustained.
• Ensure creatures are serviced and maintained according to the technical documentation.
• Performing routine functionality and safety checks for animatronics and technical equipment.
• Communicates any mechanical or maintenance issues to the Technical Manager.
• Takes action to resolve all issues after consulting Technical Manager.
• Participates in operational coverage of the exhibit to ensure a technical staff member is always available during exhibition operating hours.
• Assist with any other exhibit maintenance when required.
• Completes inspection and maintenance procedures for animatronic creatures (per technical documentation), as well as pneumatic and motorized equipment systems.
• Run and maintain all AV aspects of the show including but not limited to: audio, lighting, television screens, interactive displays and show control systems etc.
• All other duties assigned.

2. Calculate and sizing to meet with conceptual design, Review and monitoring project following project plan with Safety and Quality.
3. Design, lead to do project with Production team and review Drawing, Bill of Material (BOM), Check /Control and summary data create Manufacturing Data Record (MDR) and Prepare general assembly drawing and Make Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for control quality of supplier and involve in process of Internal or External production
4. Support for Installation/ Commissioning/FAT /Training and transfer information to the customer after project done and Support in ISO Audit or Quality improvement.

Area of Responsibility:

• Support pre-flight, transit, daily, weekly checks as well as compliance requirements for schedule and unscheduled tasks.

• Support with the troubleshooting and defect rectification as assigned.
• Support and perform maintenance operational and/or functional checks to identify malfunctions and/or correct installation.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Other assignments from the direct Manager.

Minimum requirements:

• University graduation in Aviation, Mechanical Engineering or Aircraft Technician School.
• Basic of Aircraft Maintenance.
• Friendly, team working & leadership.

Qualification

Diagnoses, repairs, and maintains a wide range of vehicles, from passenger cars (Light Vehicle Mechanic) to vans and light trucks (Commercial Vehicle Technician). Performs routine services, identifies mechanical and electrical faults, and replaces or repairs components.

Key Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on cars, vans, and light commercial vehicles.
