Job description:

• Work on HVAC design for buildings including hotels, residential, industrial, and commercial projects.
• Preparation of design calculation, design drawing, specification and other design document following the project requirements and local code in English/Thai languages.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines during all design stages.
• Provide effective advice and presentations to senior MEP and Design managers.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, with a major in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the design of HVAC systems, particularly air conditions, for hotels, residential and commercial buildings.
• Good knowledge of standards and codes, i.e., EIT, ASHRAE, NFPA.
• Good skills in analysis and design with computer software such as Carrier E20.
• Possesses a Professional Registration License (for Thai nationals).
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Computer knowledge AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. (Proficiency in Revit will be given special consideration)

Design of mechanical module for automated machines

Principal Responsibility:

• Responsible for supporting HOD to manage the assigned Project in meeting customers' expectation in development engineering work
• Prepare Preliminary model set, mechanical designers may be responsible for presenting it to customer for proposal with Program team.
• CAD software (Solidworks) to plan and develop models for the project. This may include testing and modifying models under different conditions, such as temperature or humidity
• Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing to develop CAD Assembly for the project requirement.
• Involve in the development to design and manufacture, through to installation and final commissioning on site
• Working with other professionals, within and outside the Design and Engineering sector
• Initiate continual improvement program
• Develop new skill sets to meet new demand.

Qualifications:

1. Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
2. Degree with minimum 2 years design experience and Diploma with 4 years design experience.
3. Good design experience in Fixtures & Tooling, Robotic Systems, Parts Presentations and Material

6. Good leadership capability
7. Good knowledge on Solid Works and AutoCAD

Responsibilities

Design mechanical systems and equipment

• Analyze the needs, make calculation, and define the parameters necessary to the design.
• Review the standards that apply to the processes and systems, including safety standards, and ensure they are respected
• Develop concepts and select a solution in collaboration with the team
• Model plans, drawings and specifications for systems and equipment
• Search and select components and materials for the systems and equipment
• Obtain and evaluate quotation from suppliers for components
• Prepare the design and drawings of machine component
• Solve problems met in the design of systems and equipment in collaboration with the team
• Conduct tests and trials
• Support the manufacturing team in the execution of the projects under way
• Improve the design according to Engineering Change Request and issue/control of Engineering Change Notice document.

Provide technical support to sales, manufacturing and service teams

• Review and approve manufacturing work
• Collaborate in the preparation of technical documents
• Analyze the problems encountered by customers and make recommendations
• Solve technical problems at customers' site
• Evaluate the costs and deadlines relative to the design of the specifications requested by customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (GPA ≥ 2.75)
• Age between 28-35 years old, Thai Nationality
• Having 4-8 years' experience in Machain Design
• Good knowledge in auto CAD, PLC and siemens will be advantage

• Capable of creating parametric concept geometry in CAD (CATIA V6/ Solidworks /Creo/UGNX) from scratch or whiteboard sketch and advance the chosen concepts to detailed designs for prototype / low-volume production design intent and engineering information.
• Communication skills to support the concept development, design and documentation of automotive components and sub-systems with product engineers, manufacturing engineers and other cross-functional team members.
• Experience maintaining CAD hygiene and revision control for all components, sub-systems and systems within area of responsibility.
• 2D Drawing creation using drafting workbench
• Experience with Enovia PLM tools and general understanding of Change Management/Change Control.
