- Proven expertise in performance marketing, with a strong track record in lower-funnel media planning, conversion optimization, and e-commerce sales growth.
- Experience managing a team of 6 or more people, with ability to mentor, delegate, and inspire high performance.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and make data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, DSPs, affiliate networks).
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in campaign performance measurement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
