About The Role
The Media Manager will be responsible for the development of multi-media airing and buying strategies and their implementation; overseeing campaign executions and results; driving best practice learnings (Global vs Local)
Your responsibilities
Media Strategy, Media Planning,
- Work with agencies to deliver efficient multi-media plans, in line with RB guidelines and industry best practices
- Work with agency to map out full funnel media channels in line with the brand's and category's unique media consumption & consumer journey
- Use consumer and audience insights for target audience mapping
- Multi-media budget optimization
Activation
- Set the right KPIs against campaign objectives with lead on Digital strategy
- Recommend best media channels & optimal media mix + aid in guiding (or providing) media guidelines for execution
- Monitor campaigns and results, feed learnings into Learning Agenda
- Lead on SEO&SEM+Content synergy to drive CTR or traffic for RB-Health (Base)
Reporting & housekeeping
- Ensure regular reports from agencies are available to wider teams
- Manage a central repository for media spends and media learnings
- Manage media confirmations & oversee overall airing budgets
- Lead local rollouts of global guidelines and new technology associated with the same
The experience we're looking for
- MBA Marketing degree preferred (Bachelor's in related field)
- At least 5 years in media planning (both offline and online required)
- Media experience from both client and agency side; client preferably FMCG
- Fully Digital knowledge on social platforms with basic understand Google Analytics
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
- Agile, flexible, and willing to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong ownership and result oriented
