- Medical doctor is a must
- Prefer 8 to 10 years working experience in the pharmaceutical industry or research company in a capacity of Regional Medical Advisor or HO Medical Advisor
- Training in medical writing, clinical trial methodologies, research design and ICH – GCP will be added advantage
- Experience in strategizing/driving evidence generation projects preferred
- Must have working knowledge of regulations pertaining to Health care professionals interactions
- Strong academic record with deep knowledge of the therapeutic area, strength in research with knowledge of research methodologies and interpretation of medical data
- Strategic mindset with scientific acumen and communication skills in order to be accepted by leading specialists in peer-to-peer capacity

- Develop, support and review scientific communications for HCP (TH/LAOS) in collaboration with healthcare nutrition team.
- Responsible for effective translation of scientific knowledge & insights into education content & communication in the form of Detailing Aid, Scientific Presentation, product claims etc.
- Assure credible, ethical & scientifically sound messages are aligned across function/ business, communication channels and target audiences to maximize opportunity, sustain company credibility and minimize risks.
- Review & approve communication via CVM process on nutrition and products information for HCP & Consumers. Ensure scientific communication are strong, compelling & justified by scientific evidence
- Co-ordinat.e with SEA-MNS & local healthcare nutrition team to develop need based educational and training materials for TH/LAOS or SEA region as required
- Manage & liaise with International, Regional & National KOLs (TH/LAOS) to facilitate and conduct local/regional scientific events and advisory board on topics related to category building, evidence generation & strengthening our value proposition.
- Identify, analyze, follow competitor activities in trends relevant to our categories and propose suitable communication pointers.
- Plan and organise the research activities in collaboration with TH/LAOS KOLs or third Party agency to generate local data and analysis to establish strong and reliable evidence that substantiate claims serving the value proposition.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance in working with our external stakeholders.
- Ensure product and claim compliance by assessing the medical messaging and product composition.
- Ensure all promotional materials & activities in the MBU (TH/LAOS) are in-line with local and regional legislations and regulations.
- Committed to respect specific rules to comply with the WHO Code of Breast Milk Substitutes and any related regulations applying locally.
About You
- Master Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Science or any related fields.
- At least 3 years' of work experience in nutrition and pharmaceutical companies and 1 years' of work experience in managerial level.
- Experience in regional level is a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skill (Oral, Listen, Presentation).

- Receiving and processing scientific information requests received from physicians & internal
- Ability to handle complex questions from health care professionals related to company products or disease area to satisfaction
- Responsible for ensuring that all promotional materials are approved within stipulated timelines and in alignment with company approval process
- Conduct of robust medical evaluation of new products through thorough desk research and interactions with KOLs
RELATED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
- Prefer 8 to 10 years working experience in the pharmaceutical industry or research company in a capacity of Regional Medical Advisor or HO Medical Advisor
- Training in medical writing, clinical trial methodologies, research design and ICH - GCP will be added advantage
- Experience in strategizing/driving evidence generation projects preferred
- Must have working knowledge of regulations pertaining to Health care professionals interactions
- Strong academic record with deep knowledge of the therapeutic area, strength in research with knowledge of research methodologies and interpretation of medical data
- Strategic mindset with scientific acumen and communication skills in order to be accepted by leading specialists in peer-to-peer capacity
- Experience with complex business environments preferred
