Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop Medical Marketing Strategy
Create a data-driven medical marketing strategy that aligns with the overall brand strategy to deliver against OMG's growth agenda with strong rationale and clear consumer insight. - Lead Strategic Planning
Lead the development of both short-term (annual) and long-term (12Q) medical marketing plans, working closely with customer, channel, and commercial teams to ensure full integration into the commercial strategy. - Medical Marketing Calendar
Build and maintain an annual medical marketing calendar for assigned brands/portfolios, prioritizing key activities based on strategic goals, consumer segmentation, market trends, and competitive landscape. - Global & Regional Alignment
