The Role

We are seeking a talented Medical Supplies Purchasing Officer to join the team at บริษัท วังเภสัชฟาร์มาซูติคอล จำกัด', a leading pharmaceutical company based in Mueang Songkhla Songkhla. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the procurement of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals to support the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the procurement process for a wide range of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing
2. Liaise with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms, monitor stock levels, and address any issues or concerns
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities, including budgets and expenditures
4. Identify new vendors and products to expand the company's medical supply portfolio and meet evolving business needs
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand purchasing requirements and provide timely support
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies governing the procurement of medical supplies

What We're Looking For

1. 8+ years of experience in a medical supplies purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
2. Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and best practices in the procurement of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals
3. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers
4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to optimise purchasing decisions and inventory management
5. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
6. Relevant tertiary qualifications in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field

• เตรียมความพร้อมของแผนกก่อนเริ่มงาน ทั้งในด้านเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์
• ให้บริการผู้ป่วยด้วยความสุภาพ ให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เป็นประโยชน์
• ประสานงานการส่งและรับเครื่องมือแพทย์สำหรับห้องผ่าตัด
• ทำความสะอาดและจัดเก็บเครื่องมือแพทย์อย่างถูกต้อง
• ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อย ความสะอาด และความปลอดภัยของห้องผ่าตัดให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
• ตรวจสอบรายการผ่าตัดและเตรียมเครื่องมือที่จำเป็น
• ให้ความช่วยเหลือแพทย์และพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยและการทำหัตถการ
• ดูแลผู้รับบริการทั้งก่อนและหลังการพบแพทย์
• ให้บริการที่ถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว และมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ
• ปฏิบัติงานพยาบาลตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
• ดูแลอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือให้พร้อมใช้งานและอยู่ในสภาพดี
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ:

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ผู้ช่วยพยาบาล เทคนิคการแพทย์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในโรงพยาบาลหรือคลินิก จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะพื้นฐานในการดูแลผู้ป่วย และสามารถช่วยแพทย์หรือพยาบาลในการทำหัตถการได้
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องเครื่องมือแพทย์ และสามารถดูแล รักษาความสะอาด และจัดเก็บอุปกรณ์ได้อย่างถูกต้อง
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน และปรับตัวกับสถานการณ์ได้ดี
• มีทัศนคติที่ดี มีวินัยในการทำงาน และพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
• หากมีใบประกอบวิชาชีพ หรือผ่านการอบรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

ฐานเงินเดือนเริ่มต้น 15,000 บาท ยังไม่รวมค่ามือและค่าความสามารถต่าง ๆ

หน้าที่หลัก:

• ช่วยดูแลและสร้างความสะดวกสบายให้กับผู้ป่วย
• ช่วยเหลือแพทย์ ส่งเข็ม รับอุปกรณ์
• ช่วยในการวัดและบันทึกสัญญาณชีพของผู้ป่วย
• ทำความสะอาดและจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์
• สื่อสารและให้ข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้ป่วยและครอบครัว
