Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A transaction processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and complete local and overseas expansion projects

• Conduct research on companies, industry, market trend in relevant industries.

• Perform financial analysis, valuation analysis, project feasibility, and financial modelling on expansion projects and portfolio companies

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of competencies in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, CPA / CFA license is a plus

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced M&A Project Manager to join our team, based in Bangkok, with a global scope. In this pivotal role, you will drive our strategic mergers and acquisitions initiatives, specifically focused on cost optimization. This is a hands-on project management position where you will leverage your solid foundational M&A knowledge and practical experience to execute various initiatives from inception to completion across different regions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Global Project Leadership:
   Act as the primary project manager for all M&A initiatives with a global reach, overseeing all stages from due diligence to integration, with a specific focus on identifying and realizing cost optimization opportunities.
2. Strategic Execution:
   Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors across various geographies to develop and implement M&A strategies designed to achieve identified cost efficiencies.
3. Due Diligence Coordination:
   Manage and coordinate comprehensive due diligence efforts for global targets, working closely with financial, legal, and operational teams to assess potential acquisitions.
4. Process Management:
   Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for M&A activities, ensuring global projects stay on track and within scope.
5. Stakeholder Communication:
   Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all internal teams (e.g., finance, legal, operations, HR) and external partners involved in M&A projects across different time zones and cultures.
6. Risk Mitigation:
   Identify potential risks and challenges associated with global M&A projects and develop mitigation strategies.
7. Integration Support:
   Work closely with post-merger integration teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful realization of cost synergies and other strategic objectives.
8. Continuous Learning:
   Proactively research and understand new industries, global market trends, and regulatory landscapes to identify potential M&A opportunities for cost optimization.
9. Legal Acumen:
   Possess a basic understanding of M&A legal frameworks and contractual agreements across different jurisdictions, actively engaging with legal counsel throughout the process.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:
  Proven practical experience working on M&A projects with a global perspective, demonstrating a solid foundational understanding of the M&A lifecycle.
• Project Management:
  Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-faceted global projects, with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Legal Understanding
