Job Description
**Your role at Exness**:
In this business-critical position, you will be involved in the end-to-end research process, working with a vast amount of data related to customers’ experience, competitors’ activities and any other topics where applicable. In order to succeed, you should have a strategic and analytical mindset with a winning mentality, able to cope up with a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail while being adaptive toward change and being ready to conduct research by yourself. You can begin working remotely from your home city or any other location, and relocate to Southeast Asia after the first 2 or 3 months.
**You will**:
- Organize and participate in all stages of the research process, including research briefing preparation, defining the population and research tools, gathering and analyzing market data and customer insights, and conducting interviews, among others.
- Conduct and utilize existing methods of research from customer surveys to interviews, usability testing, in-depth analysis, focus group discussion, and others.
- Communicate with external agencies to conduct and analyze research, negotiating results where applicable.
- Extract data from multiple sources, analyze it, including statistical techniques, and turn into meaningful business insights.
- Produce regular reporting and periodic research into key business issues.
- Explore approaches to improving the knowledge management in the organization.
- Lead the team in research if needed.
- Document and present the research results and maintain the knowledge base.
**What we expect from you**:
- Minimum 6-8 years experience in marketing research or a research role in a financial or fintech organization
- Proficiency working with datasets to extract, manipulate, and analyze customer data
- Understanding of research methodology, including survey design
- Experience with survey or voice of the customer platforms, such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, FocusVision, or other
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly
- High levels of self-motivation and attention to detail
- Practice in project managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Ability to use advanced English and Vietnamese, Thai, or Chinese for different work and business purposes, with any other language being an advantage
**Nice to have**:
- Experience with analysis tools, such as R, Python, SPSS, or Q
- SQL skills and experience with any CRM platforms
