We are seeking a skilled NDT Support Technician to join our team at Revima Asia Pacific Ltd. in Chon Buri on a full-time, 1-year contract basis. 1. Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures on aircraft components and parts
2. Operate and maintain 2 NDT methods such as PT (Penetrant Testing) and MT (Magnetic Particle Testing)
3. Interpret and analyse NDT test results to identify defects or flaws
4. Assist with the implementation and improvement of NDT processes and procedures
5. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all NDT activities
6. Provide training and guidance to other technicians on NDT techniques and best practices
7. Ensure strict compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, industry standards, and company policies

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-3 year of experience as an NDT technician in the aviation industry
2. Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in a variety of NDT methods, including PT (Penetrant Testing) and MT (Magnetic Particle Testing)

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the measurements, conducting tests, and monitoring the various phases of production
• Create quality measurements to track improvement in products
• Always check/clean/maintain the measuring instruments and chemicals for compliance with safety and manufacturing standards
• Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
• Approve incoming materials, in-process production, and all finished products by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
• Ensure products meet the specified quality standards, customer expectations, and demands
• Control operating instructions, document, and update inspection results by completing reports and logbooks
• Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
• Providing training to the quality assurance team and guiding the related team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, attending seminars, watching industry videos, etc.

Qualification:

Job Summary:

The Quality Control Engineer is responsible for monitoring and ensuring product quality throughout the production process of manufacturing. This role involves quality inspection, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement to meet internal standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and other teams to resolve quality-related issues and support product development.
• Maintain and improve quality systems in compliance with ISO 9001 or other applicable standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality documents such as Inspection Reports, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
• Calibrate and maintain measuring instruments and testing equipment.
• Support internal and external audits, including customer audits and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in plastic packaging or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP).
• Proficient in using measurement tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Fluently English communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Description:

• Take responsibility for daily and monthly quality issues on the production line and generate corresponding reports.
• Follow up on root causes and corrective actions to meet the division's target policies.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes and reduce scrap costs and quality issues, addressing customer complaints through the 8D reporting system.
• Monitor in-line data and Statistical Process Control (SPC) data in accordance with customer requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with relevant personnel both internally and externally across divisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Able to work under high pressure with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
• Willing to work in cleanroom and chemical environments; no cosmetic makeup allowed in these areas.

Key Responsibilities

o   Conduct sampling, inspection, and testing of raw materials to ensure specifications are met.

o   Execute formulation trials, material testing, and pilot experiments for new products, scaling lab innovations into production.

o   Monitor and analyze quality indicators, production processes, yields, and energy consumption; recommend improvements and support troubleshooting.

o   Ensure laboratory accuracy, data integrity, and timely reporting.

• จัดทำรายงานผลการทดสอบ (Certificate of Analysis - COA) สำหรับแต่ละพาเลท (Pallet number)

• การจัดทำเอกสารและรายงาน (Documentation and Reporting):

• บันทึกข้อมูลผลการทดสอบทั้งหมดลงในระบบหรือเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างถูกต้องและเป็นระเบียบ

• จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพประจำวัน, สัปดาห์ หรือเดือน

• การดูแลรักษาเครื่องมือ (QC Maintenance):

• ดูแลและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ในห้องปฏิบัติการให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน เช่น การทวนสอบ (Verification), การสอบเทียบเครื่องมือ (Calibration) เป็นต้น

• จัดหาและจัดเตรียมสารเคมีและอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นสำหรับงานทดสอบ

Job Description:

• Review and approve all changes to 4M change, SOP, PMP, and other related documents under development.
• Establish IPQC CQP in accordance with PMP requirements.
• Understand CTQ (Critical to Quality) parameters identified in the PMP.
• Summarize yield and scrap improvement results.
• Monitor in-process control parameters as defined in the CQP.
• Monitor SPC data and ensure compliance.
• Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions when SPC is out of control.
• Develop process documents, work instructions, and check sheets for QC/IPQC leaders and operators.
• Oversee MBO (Machine Buy Off) and CYS (Cosmetic Yield Study) for MP and NPI products.
• Prepare master samples (Tester and AOI) for MP products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Good command of English (TOEIC score not required).
• Proficient in computer usage.
• Completed basic training in SPC.
• Able to read and understand PMP drawings.

Job Description:

• Control and plan the calibration of machines and equipment used in processes.
• Manage and oversee inspection plans for hardness testing to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

Education:

• Knowledge and background in Material Science and Metallurgy (preferred).
• Understanding of quality tools such as Why-Why Analysis and QC 7 tools.
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., Minitab) is an advantage.
