Daily backup monitoring and quarterly restoration of data to ensure backup integrity.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for end users to enhance their technical skills and empower them to address common IT issues.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of Tier 2 or Tier 3 support or administrative experience
