Job Description
Monitor and optimize network performance for scalability, reliability and usability including provide network performance report and maintain network monitoring tool.
Maintain and manage network inventory and manage backup by automation method.
Coordinate with other infrastructure team to investigate problem those related to network.
Job Description Experience in networking both Cisco and Non-Cisco product for WAN, LAN, Wireless LAN.
Experience in operate and maintain enterprise network devices such as Switch, Wireless etc.
Broad knowledge in network technology and products.
Experience in operate firewall (Fortigate, Palo Alto) and load balancer (F5).
In-depth knowledge on network routing protocol (such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and other network technology.
Knowledge on network security.
Knowledge on virtualization, automation, software-defined network architecture and cloud technology.
Knowledge of Site-to-Site IPSec VPN.
Knowledge of monitoring tools (What's up gold, Zabbix, Nagios).
Has valid Cisco Certification in professional level (CCNA/CCNP), NSE 4-7, PCNSA, PCNSE etc.
Experienced in ITIL.
Qualification 3-5 Year experience in managing support or operation team.
Manage Network Managed Service project.
Operate, maintain and troubleshoot network and firewall.
Provide technical consultant and support.

**Industry**:
Logistics- Provide IT hardware/software support and educate user for IT security awareness and basic issue.
- Monitors the Network to ensure optimal performance and provide support and response Business continuity plans (BCPs).
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues. (Backup tier 1)
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
- Control standard of software used in the company
- Training and supervision junior staff members and other users
- Performs other related duties as assigned by superior
- Negotiate and work with vendors to provide quotes for new acquisitions and renewals.
- Follow SLA standards to coordinate, diagnose resolution for system and network issues.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
- 7 years or above of experience in IT project management, operation or infrastructure.
- Ability to hands-on manage and triage multiple parallel priorities.
- Able to communicate technical issues to non-technical users.
- Leadership, collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze infrastructure risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues.
