Job Description


Brighton College Bangkok Vibhavadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT professional to lead and manage the school's digital infrastructure and ecosystem. The role will also oversee and line manage the IT technical support team responsible for maintaining and supporting the school's IT hardware, internal network, CCTV systems, telephony, and alarm infrastructure. The role ensures seamless, secure, and efficient digital services across academic, administrative, and safeguarding operations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Provide vision and strategic direction for the development of IT systems in alignment with the school's educational and operational objectives.
  • Advise the College Leadership Team (CLT) on IT planning, risk management, and system enhancements.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve teaching, learning, and administration.

Systems Management

  • Administer and maintain Google Workspace for Education across all user accounts and devices.
  • Ensure robust operation and integration of ISAMs, CPOMs, and SOCs for effective management and safeguarding within network.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot networking infrastructure including switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and internet services.

Operational Oversight

  • Manage the performance, development, and workload of the IT technical team.
  • Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of all digital services including:

    Local Area Network (LAN) and Wi-Fi

  • CCTV and door access control systems

  • School telephony (VoIP) systems
  • Intruder and fire alarm systems
  • Oversee routine maintenance schedules and emergency response protocols.

Data Protection & Security

  • Work with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure all systems comply with data protection and safeguarding policies.
  • Implement cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery plans.

Support & Training

  • Develop and deliver user training for staff and students on school systems.
  • Manage the IT helpdesk to ensure responsive and effective support service delivery.

Budget & Procurement

  • Manage the IT budget in collaboration with the Business Manager or Finance Director.

Person Specification

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualifications in Computer Science, Network Management, or equivalent experience.

  • Network Performance Management: As affiliate network target owner, design creator recruitment and incubation journey. Connect the dot between network creators and affiliate tools together with sales packaging in order to set network execution plans that support the company ecosystem.
  • Holistic Strategy & GMV Growth: Develop, own, and execute the end-to-end affiliate creator growth strategy for the market. Drive GMV growth through innovative initiatives and campaigns that you design and implement.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage the team's assigned budget and resources effectively to deliver the best possible outcomes while controlling the Cost-to-Income Ratio (CIR).
  • Creator Engagement & Upskilling: Plan and execute educational resources, workshops, and training sessions to upskill MCN network creators, aiming for improved sales performance. Design and lead engagement activities to build and maintain strong relationships with creators both within and outside the MCN network.
  • Data-Driven Development: Oversee the tracking and analysis of creator performance at both the network and activity levels. Use these insights to refine program development and ensure the program's creatorteam achieves its Gross Profit (GP) targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the campaign and account management teams to integrate affiliate creators into sales packages, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach to client solutions.
Who You Are
    • A Bachelor's degree at minimum.
  • At least 3 years of direct experience in the affiliate and/or e-commerce, business development sectors, OR at least 1 year of direct experience in building a creator community.
  • Self-direct personality, be able to self initiate and seek for execution solutions with a very limited guidance with entrepreneurial mindset in creating success.
  • Analytical skill with Google Sheet, Microsoft excel formula proficiency, together with data interpretation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as an educator when needed.
  • Business-level proficiency in both English and Thai communication.
  • Experience managing program budgets and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with MCN ecosystem and e-commerce affiliate mechanics.
  • Proven ability to design and execute creator engagement or education programs is a plus.
  • Prior track record of AI usage and adaptation will be highly considered

We are looking for an Affiliate Network Management Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Affiliate Solution Lead. This role is crucial for driving GMV growth for both our TikTok Shop and YouTube Shopping creators within our MCN network. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with external creators to build a ready-to-work affiliate army that can serve client demands.
