We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our dynamic team at BHJ INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD' in Bangkok. As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our robust and reliable network infrastructure. 1. Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
2. English/Chinese can be used as a working language.
3. Be familiar with the main equipment and models of the major mainstream brands.
4. Can independently design and configure the network system (both software and hardware)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Network Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. This role offers exposure to enterprise-level IT infrastructure and opportunities for growth in technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Deploy, configure, and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless solutions).

⦁ Coordinates closely with internal sales, project managers and service resources by communicating project status and success metrics.

⦁ Provide on-site and remote technical support according to SLA.

⦁ Troubleshoot and resolve network/system issues, escalating when required.

⦁ Support project implementation together with sales, project management, and service teams.

⦁ Prepare documentation, reports, and knowledge transfer materials for clients.

⦁ Assist in proof-of-concept and product evaluation activities.

⦁ Maintain awareness of new technologies and competitive products.

Qualifications:

⦁ Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

⦁ 1–3 years of experience in networking deployment or support.

⦁ Familiarity with L2/L3 protocols (STP, LACP, OSPF, VRRP, VXLAN) and WLAN technologies.

⦁ Experience with multivendor environments.

⦁ Basic knowledge of network security solutions (firewalls, endpoint security, email security).

⦁ Hands-on with server/virtualization/storage platforms is a plus.

⦁ Knowledge of network automation (Python, Ansible) is an advantage.

⦁ Language skills: Proficiency in either Chinese or English (both are an advantage).

⦁ Certifications such as CCNP/HCIP/PCNSE or equivalent are a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

-Design, install, and optimize LAN/WAN, VPN, and Network Security systems.

-Collaborate in the design of network infrastructure for Cloud and Data Center projects.

-Monitor network stability through system monitoring tools and analysis of network logs.

-Prepare technical documentation and network diagrams to support system design and maintenance.

-Manage and supervise Junior Network Engineers, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation. (Senior Role)

Qualifications :

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.

-At least 2-3 year of direct experience in computer and telecommunications system installation.

Flexible in rescheduling work or relocating to different job sites.
