1. Medical Care & Emergency Response

- Maintain and prepare CPR training equipment to ensure readiness.
- Ensure medical areas are fully equipped to respond to both daily needs and large-scale emergencies.
4. Training, Education & Awareness
- Contribute to health education sessions, awareness campaigns, and Emergency First Response (EFR) training as an instructor or support staff.
- Provide training and supervision for part-time nurses to ensure consistent and safe care across the school.
- Support staff in basic first aid awareness and promote infection control practices across the school community.
- Deliver or support workshops on hygiene, nutrition, vaccination awareness, and mental health.
- Contribute to whole-school safety and interdisciplinary training, including emergency drills and risk management sessions.
5. Hygiene, Safety & Collaboration
- Ensure the medical unit maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational readiness.
- Support infection control measures and outbreak management (e.g. influenza, dengue, or other communicable diseases).
- Build positive, collaborative relationships with students, staff, and families to support individual health needs and wellbeing.
- Work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating empathy and cultural sensitivity.
- Demonstrate strong prioritisation and time management to balance daily care, emergencies, and school events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, with a valid Thai Nursing Council Professional License for Nursing and Midwifery.
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience as a nurse, preferably in a school, paediatric, or emergency care setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a caring and student-centred approach.
- Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, including the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of child safeguarding protocols and ability to identify and escalate concerns appropriately.
