**Skills:**
**Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobDB, Indeed and social media platforms, to identify and attract qualified candidates.**
**Strong interview and assessment skills to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.**
**Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.**
**Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday and other HR software tools to streamline recruitment processes.**
**Language** **:** **Fluent in English and Thai, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.**
**Other Requirement** **:**
**Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, handle pressure, and meet tight deadlines.**
**High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling candidate and employee information.**
**Willingness to travel within Thailand as needed for recruitment activities.**
