**Summary**

**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Assesses and ensures mitigation of organizational risk in regards to Quality events or potential events
+ Has overall responsibility for planning, budgeting, implementing and maintaining costs, methods and resources including employees in the quality function
+ Leads the organization in developing and executing a Quality strategy that ensures long term customer satisfaction, site and corporate goals are achieved or exceeded, including regular reviews on progress
+ Provides direct and indirect leadership and mentorship to subordinate managers and employees for effective development and execution of skills such as Leadership Development, Problem Solving 8D Methodology, Compliance Procedures, Change Control Board, FMEA, Manufacturing Quality Standards (MQS) and Flawless Launch Phase Gate Reviews.
+ Develops and conduct reviews with key customer and suppliers to ensure that quality requirements are aligned and achieving defined level of customer satisfaction and managing any associated contractual LD risks
+ Provides leadership and support for compliance readiness to various customer, regulatory standards and certifications (i.e ISO9001, TL9001, AS9100, ISO13485, ISO14001, ANSI/ESD, etc.)
+ Collaborates with site leadership to support the activities necessary to achieve Celestica Operating System processes and metrics and ensure on going development of a Quality culture
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Excellent knowledge of quality management systems and processes (i.e ISO9001, TL9001,
+ AS9100, ISO13485, ISO14001, ANSI/ESD, etc.)
+ Broad knowledge of an electronic manufacturing environment, materials, manufacturing and business processes.
+ Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
+ Ability to establish department goals and coordinate a wide variety of resources to meet quality and quantity metrics.
+ Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.

**Physical Demands**
+ The job works in generally good conditions with occasional exposure (10% - 33%) to noise, odours, dust, drafts, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, hazardous substances, etc.
+ Duties may require sustained visual concentration on small areas, such as monitors/screens, and sustained visual concentration on numbers/legal documents.

**Role Summary:**
The Site Selection Specialist will contact and build relationships with study investigators/sites and networks in assigned areas for the conduct of feasibility and potential study participation.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Work with the Site Selection Lead to ensure knowledge of the goals, scope and requirements of the project (e.g. number of sites required/country, number of positive responses required etc.) and ensure that high quality results are delivered.
+ Identify study investigators/ sites for potential study participation, both from the database and other potential sources such as local intelligence/internet etc. Ensure all newly identified sites are data based appropriately, checked for quality status and are fully processed.
+ To contact and build relationships with study investigators/ sites and networks in assigned areas (e.g. region(s), countries I countries or therapeutic area) for the conduct of feasibility and potential study participation.
+ To perform phone selection visits, if required.
+ To liaise with country managers to gather country specific evidence to support Site Selection, e.g. site list review, country specific profile of sites, standard of care.
+ To ensure that all data collected, in the conduct of Site Selection or site related country feasibility, is fully documented and kept up to date in relevant systems to build knowledge and intelligence.
+ To ensure appropriate procedures are followed, whether Sponsor specific or according to ICON SOPs, Site Selection RACI.
+ Ensure appropriate follow up with sites on any inconsistencies in data provided for analysis and to chase outstanding feasibility data to ensure a complete data set.
+ To contact investigators, local ICON employees and collect data to support country choice in the conduct of feasibility assessments.
+ To become a country expert on the investigator profile, healthcare setting, standard of care to ensure the best sites are approached for projects.
+ To liaise cross-functionally with other departments such as Study Start Up, CRA management to get local intelligence on sites and support local data collection.
+ Be an expert on how to interact with sites and obtain relevant information to support Site Selection.
+ Use knowledge and experience to build efficiency in the process and consistently deliver high quality investigators, sites, and other data to the Functional Lead for your projects.
+ Ensure debarred Investigators are not included in feasibilities or for study participation.
+ Ensure relevant parties, such as Site Selection lead, Feasibility Manager or Project Manager are aware of any Audit or Regulatory findings that may influence reasons for site selection.
+ Ensure confidentiality is maintained or appropriate confidentiality agreements are in place prior to study discussions.
+ Ensure all investigator feedback and status of contact with the site is tracked and data based appropriately, including reasons for site selection /de-selection.
+ Support other team members, e.g. seconded CRAs, on how to get the best information from sites, act as a trainer and mentor to new staff within the group.
+ Identify high performing sites and develop relationships with them as a single point of contact during site selection and ensure that key data collected from/related to these sites are maintained in ICON's systems.
+ Deliver high quality standards and strive for excellence, act in a proactive, flexible and responsive manner to both internal and external customer needs.
+ Establish good relationships internally and externally.
+ To undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

+ A **Country & HR Site Partner in Bangkok, TH** who will support the business to deliver its targets by being the primary HR interface for providing the required resources as a HR partner.

+ Partner with Site Leadership and Managers to advise on people topics such as talent, organization,performance and development, and initiatives.

+ Work on defining the HR Strategy and planning: contribute as a member of the HR to connect the team to the definition, and implement HR Strategies, plans and strategic workforce planning.
**You will bring:**
+ At least 10 years of relevant HR experience in the manufacturing/industry environment.
+ Solid knowledge in Thai labor laws, requirements, social security act, labor relations act, taxes and other related Acts.
+ Experience of handling HR functions independently for a BU covering all functions.
+ Experience in representing professional associations, governmental bodies and employer associations.
+ Must have hands-on experience within HR legal matters and exposure to Thai labor law.
+ Fluent in English

As a Field Operations Manager, your focus will be responsible for managing and developing the Field Service Specialists (FSS) in their respective Territories. The FOM will drive the team to deliver operational excellence, ensuring effective customer engagement from the local Lifecycle Solutions & Services (LSS) and the broader Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) team. This role is accountable for driving growth across all LSS service delivery modes through effective workforce planning, delivery coordination, and ensuring compliance with Honeywell and customer Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements following strict adherence to the Honeywell Accelerator AMS GDM.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Customer Engagement**
+ Develop strong trust relationships with key customer contacts.
+ Provide exceptional support to customers, act as person in charge responsible to track and resolve any Customer escalations, issues or concerns.
+ Collaborate with:
+ Contract Managers to plan and schedule labour resources to meet the needs of customers aligned to their contract entitlements.
+ Project Managers to plan and schedule labour resources to meet the needs of customers aligned to their Project Schedule and commitments.
+ FSMs, Spot Co-ordinators, Branch lead service engineers or directly contact customers to schedule FSS contract or SPOT activities.
+ Monitor and push Pulsar adaption in the region.
+ NPS - Responsible for driving Pulsar Survey adaption across the region and NPS for services.
+ NPS - Track the detractor scores (-ve NPS ratings) across all modes and remedial actions taken and ensure satisfactory closure with customer.
+ Understand the Customer base, identify FSS skills gaps and drive competencies to support future needs
**Operational**
+ Support Campaign roll-out within the region. Responsible to drive growth through BTB campaigns and regional/pole special to push the short cycle order and revenue growth.
+ Responsible for driving MOS with FSMs, Spot Co-ordinators, Branch lead service engineers for SPOT & Parts Revenue and Billing, Front-log & Back-log forecast and planning included.
+ Regional focal for ISC Demand planning for Hardware & Software shipments - Attend the monthly regional and pole level MOS calls, Provide Material SIOP forecasts for month & quarter.
+ Maintain Billability and Utilization for region as per global standard or regional agreement. Participate in burden rate & recovery review at set frequency.
+ Ensure Installed Base Audits are planned and completed on schedule.
+ Drive and monitor Honeywell HSE culture and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, track and monitor SOS metrices.
+ Ensure that all HSE requirements for customer sites are thoroughly documented, regularly updated, and communicated to stakeholders prior to any FSS site visit.
+ Ensure operational excellence and adherence to quality standards as per Honeywell Accelerator AMS GDM.
+ Ensure that FSS service visit reports are attached to all Work Orders to comply with Honeywell Accelerator AMS GDM, reduce disputes and support reduction in Short Cycle Past Dues.
+ Work with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
+ Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for operational improvement.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
+ Develop a strong network across the territory and HPS business teams to guarantee customer delivery satisfaction.
**Work Force Planning**
+ Optimize resource allocation and drive productivity.
+ Ensure FSS time entry, billability and overtime meet business targets.
+ Ensure effective work execution, planning, and competency of the teams in their territory.
+ Manage the relationship with GES and COEs for outsourcing packaged work.
+ Work with labour resource pools such as GES, Contractors and other LOBs to support field activities ensuring compliance to local laws, HSE compliance and correct documentation as required.
+ Ensure correct visas for foreign workers in partnership with FSM and GMS.
+ Ensure that compliance measures are established prior to travel, addressing all GMS aspects, including Immigration, Tax, and Social Security.
+ Ensure labor SIOP reporting and planning is maintained to optimize labor resourcing including driving the quarterly SIOP MOS for your area of responsibility.
+ Ensure Work Execution planning is completed to understand the resource and skill requirements.
**Training and Development**
+ Ensure all FSS in their territory are fully trained and understand business drivers and tools required to fulfill their role.
+ Identify FSS skills gaps and drive competencies to support future needs.
+ Ensure the scheduling and completion of training plans for technical (CEAT) and soft skills, new products, quality and mandatory HSE Training for all FSSs and TECPros if applicable across their territory.
+ Monitor and alert FSSs of expiring CEAT Certifications and proactively drive recertifications.
+ Manage and support the rollout of processes, training, tools, and initiatives, including productivity and its tracking
**Key Experience & Capabilities:**
+ Qualification: Engineering Degree in Instrumentation & Controls or Electronics & Controls or Equivalent
+ Experience: 15+ years of relevant Industry Experience involving Field/Project Engineering, Last 5 years preferably spent as responsible for Customer Management / Project Management. Need to demonstrate ability to collaborate with teams across the businesses / functions and work in a highly matrix environment to deliver expected results.
