As an Industry Advisor, you will have the opportunity to drive industry solution-focused sales for Microsoft. This role is responsible and accountable for originating sales, driving industry-led conversations with customers, qualifying the pipeline, and accelerating through Microsoft's partner ecosystem. Accountabilities include developing and winning market-making opportunities that deliver customer value and enable transformational customer outcomes.
As an Industry Advisor you will be the industry subject matter expert in AI Transformation, engaging with customer executives, leaders and decision makers to identify, generate and nurture new business opportunities aligned to their strategic priorities. You will articulate and position strategic business value and long-term positive results of using Microsoft's products, partners and solutions, collaborating across roles and organizations.

**Commercial role**
A commercial expert in a large FMCG organisation serves as the strategic anchor for driving growth, profitability, and market relevance across diverse product categories and geographies. This role blends deep industry expertise with consultative sales leadership to orchestrate complex transformations and unlock value at scale.
They are responsible for:
+ **Strategic Sales Leadership** : Leading commercial growth programmes, go-to-market strategies, and sales excellence initiatives that deliver measurable top-line impact

**Responsibilities**
+ Originate and qualify new opportunities while driving account-based revenue by defining and executing industry plays across assigned consumer goods accounts (e.g., agile and sustainable supply chains, optimized channels and global routes-to-market, next-gen product design and branding).
+ Lead and orchestrate sales activities and customer engagement in partnership with account teams to deliver value, build trust, and exceed customer expectations as a strategic advisor.
+ Leverage deep industry expertise across the Retail value chain to accelerate customers' digital agendas-driving AI transformation, inspiring innovation through industry-relevant use cases, and generating net-new growth in cloud, data, and AI with Microsoft.
+ Ignite, shape, and secure market-making business partnerships by building and leveraging relationships with CxOs and senior business executives.
+ Collaborate with external partner ecosystem (e.g., business leaders, GSIs, ISVs) on client and partner planning, and developing industry-specific strategies that add credibility and depth.
+ Spark innovation and reimagine future capabilities by facilitating ideation and envisioning sessions and co-developing multi-horizon roadmaps.

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 7+ years customer-facing experience in consumer goods, retail, management consulting, consultative selling, technology or industry-relevant equivalent management or technical work experience

**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
This role will manage all Retail Operational processes, together with Beauty Advisors in department stores throughout the market. This person to be the key point of contact among retail, sales and marketing team.
**Retail Excellence Management**
+ Responsible to manage the end-to-end omni sales plan for FSS

**BA Management / Performance / Service Excellence**
+ Deployment of monthly BA targets shared by Commercial Excellence manager to BA timely and properly each month.
+ Manage BA cost budget to ensure Monthly / Quarterly BA spending on track
+ Conduct monthly BA meeting
+ Monitor BA performance "IPT / AUS", work with Training Manager for proper coaching & development
+ Recruitment & Retention plan: - review BA package and career path benchmarking, key measurements on BA turnover rate to build strong BA organization

As a Digital Marketing Senior Manager of LINE SHOPPING, you will be expected to develop paid media strategies including media plans for marketing campaigns, optimize media performance and budget spending, understand target users’ lifetime value and media consumption, manage Media Operations team’s daily operations and ad hoc activities, and deep dive into data and performance to push for better paid media performance and effective marketing activities. As you will be part of the founding team, your primary goal is to acquire and retain buyers by managing online advertising, improving both internal and external media usage, giving feedbacks from buyers’ behavioral data, and being flexible with social media marketing tools and media strategies. - Forecast budget and paid media performance of LINE SHOPPING campaigns
- Analyze marketing funnel, design communication strategies, and utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end experience across multiple channels and touch points
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess it against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Define target user behavior and media consumption by studying behavior from performance and work closely with media agencies, Campaign Planning team, Content SNS team, and product owners to develop media usage, serve user needs, and increase click-through rate and conversion
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights
- Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize funnels
- Identify problems with working processes and develop operational process improvements, working closely with media agencies, Merchandising & Campaign Operations Team Lead, and LINE’s Central Marketing team
- Forecast Media Operations team’s workforce and manage team workload
- Monitor Media Operations team in day-to-day operation and ad hoc activities in planning campaign’s media & KOLs usage, creating media schedule, dealing with media agencies, and displaying ads on-time
- Make sure that all ad materials are ready for launch and that all materials can be delivered and displayed at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities
- Perform a key management role by being the link between team members and other team leaders (e.g., Campaign Planning, Merchandising, Content & SNS, Category Management, and Engineering team)
- Assist Marketing Team Lead in setting up business requirements and managing media channel development projects
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
