- The Same-Day Delivery (SDD) initiative is part of the Special Projects team, focused on accelerating delivery speed and enhancing customer experience to create a strong competitive advantage in the market.
- Responsibilities:
- Define, execute, and optimize the SDD network in collaboration with Strategy & Operations teams across all delivery miles, Product, BI, and Shopee BD teams.
- Build and scale new operational workstreams, continuously improving performance.
- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies from first principles.
- Design and run operational experiments to test strategies and generate actionable insights.
- Analyze operational and financial impacts of decisions and adjust plans based on data.
- Solve problems innovatively, challenging conventional methods.
- Engage hands-on with operations to gain deep insights and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 0-1 year of experience (either full-time or internship) Fresh grads are also welcome
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
- Capability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively to all employees at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and dashboard visualization
- Excellent communication in both verbal and written English
