To support CoS and Head of Strategic Planning in driving the success of corporate strategy planning and execution with solid recommendations on strategies, action plans, business performance, prioritization, new initiatives and budget requested, innovation, and business opportunities. To draw management attention toward market research, key performance and their drivers, and key strategic initiatives to keep FWDTH competitive and achieve corporate objectives. To support CoS and Head of Strategic Planning in strategic alignment across company.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Formulation, Planning, & Communication- Formulate the agenda, approach, and materials for strategy meeting / workshop as well as present key topics and facilitate the workshop.- Analyze company and market performance/insights with implications to FWD and recommend strategies/opportunities to SMT.- Assist CoS and Head of Strategic Planning in the strategy planning and execution process by reviewing functions’ strategies, action plans, new initiative proposals, and key issues and provide recommendations.
Business Performance Management- Review SMT Dashboard and initiate improvement in the report in order to draw management attention toward key performance drivers and issues.- Support CoS and Head of Strategic Planning by preparing materials for the discussion on STI & Polaris, strategic initiative progress, performance, and market update among CEO, SMT, and key stakeholders.- Prepare presentation for CoS, Board of Directors, and Group Office.
Strategic Projects & Key Strategic Signed-off- Ensure delivery of the assigned project within agreed quality, timeline, and budget.
People Development- Actively participate in team meetings / discussions and collaborate well in team assignments.- Assist Head of Strategic Planning in arranging team engagement activities.- Support team’s learning and development by sharing knowledge.
Baseline Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields.- 5 years' experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, Consulting, Financial Analysis, or Project Management.- Having financial modeling would be an advantage.- Fluent communication and presentation in English and Thai.- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to work effectively with senior management of various departments, and highly self-motivated.- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.- Ability to use MS Offices.- Fluent in English both verbal and written.- Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative.

**What You'll Do**:
- Clarify and analyze briefs handed by AE in order to understand business challenges, and goals in order to develop the proposal that serves the objectives of the client
- Responsible for Strategic Planning and/or Media Planning, depending on the requirements of each campaign
- Research, Analyze, and Make use of consumer insights and market landscape related to the brief provided by clients ensuring all executions idea align with strategy
- Familiar with digital communication strategy, online media strategy
- Develop compelling presentation slides and present them to internal teams and clients
- Plan the use and allocation of the online media budget in order to estimate the most impactful media KPI
- Work with AE, Creative planners, and Biddable/Media Buyer teams to develop and deliver the proposals
- Attend the meeting with clients to present the strategy and give insightful consultations
**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor's Degree in advertising, communication arts, marketing, digital media, or a related field
- At least 4 years' experience of strategic planning
- Experienced as a team leader or manager level
- Understanding of digital landscape and key measurement metric and able to suggest tracking mechanism to ensure business result of each proposal
- Strong presentation/communication skill is a MUST
- Understanding measurement metrics for different type of campaign
- Strong analytical skills and ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights
- Able to work well under pressure and a tight schedule
- Good communication skill in Thai and English is a plus
