  • Co-operate with agency MD & FD on financial monthly information with address the key information the need to resolve.
  • Prepare and manage special report to local management, Local FS , Billing & Income by type & client, AR Aging with analyze the outstanding over 90 days, Unbilled Media & Accrued revenue for all outstanding.
  • Co-review and monitor monthly closing with accounting team to make proper accurate account and also help reporting team to understand agency business and transaction.
  • Prepare and co-ordinate with internal & external audit.
  • Supervise reporting and accounting team to help and solve any issue including training for their performance improving.

  • Advanced experience working on financial information systems within a similar information technology environment.
  • Advanced experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work.

Your day at NTT DATA

The Manager, Financial Accounting is a management role, responsible for all operational level and statutory financial accounting activities.

This role ensures that all accounting related tasks are professionally executed according to company and legal requirements whilst fostering a collaborative and innovative culture across their team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversees the entire general ledger, accounts payable and cash management functions and ensures that all accounting related tasks are optimally executed on the available systems.
  • Oversees the execution of month and year-end procedures and oversees and coordinates the compilation of accounting packs for distribution to the relevant leaders in the business.
  • Supervises and oversees the processing of relevant journals, reviewing and querying any anomalies and ensures that the required reports are produced, analyzed and distributed to be used at an operational level.
  • Prepares income statements and cost allocations and reconcile all of these to the relevant management accounts and assists with the development and compilation of the budget pack.
  • Compiles output reports and review submissions made by the assigned business unit or area.
