 - Plan, control, and monitor data recording in the SAP system of all departments to be quick, accurate and able to conclude and close accounts according to goals.
 - Plan, control, monitor and evaluate resources related to the storage of Packaging / Ingredients / Raw materials / Spare parts and other consumables to have low cost and good quality.
 - Plan, control, and monitor the maintenance of inventory days at the lowest possible level.
 - Plan, control, and monitor the management of the warehouse and logistics departments to ensure they meet departmental and organizational goals.

Role Summary
The Operations Planning & Analysis Manager plays a critical role in driving operational performance, cost efficiency, and strategic planning across AutoStore Thailand. This position leverages data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to support decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and enhance transparency across the business. The role is responsible for maintaining robust reporting frameworks, ensuring data integrity, and enabling high-quality analysis to support operational excellence. 
Key Responsibilities
Operational Planning & Strategic Support 
- Lead planning, forecasting, and performance tracking processes across operations.
 - Analyze key operational metrics including cost of goods sold (COGS), gross margin, overhead absorption, and working capital.
 - Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process efficiency through data analysis.
 - Partner with leadership to evaluate investment decisions, pricing strategies, and resource deployment.
 - Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews with accurate and timely reporting.
 
Cross-Functional Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic advisor to Operations, Supply Chain, and other business units.
 - Provide actionable insights and challenge assumptions to improve operational outcomes.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning efforts with business objectives.
 
Data Governance & Reporting
- Own and maintain the master operations data model to ensure consistency and reliability.
 - Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.
 - Create and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary to enhance transparency and consistency.
 - Ensure data sources (e.g., ERP, external reports) are accurate, complete, and integrated into reporting systems.
 
Systems & Process Development
- Represent AutoStore Thailand in ERP system upgrades or implementations (e.g., SAP S4 Hana).
 - Define operational reporting requirements and ensure system alignment with business needs.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
 - Excellent English communication skills.
 - 7+ years of experience in planning, analysis, or performance management, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
 - Strong understanding of production cycles, cost structures, and operational KPIs.
 - Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP S4 Hana preferred).
 - Experience with planning tools and performance reporting platforms.
 - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Summary
The Planning and Operation manager/ Senior Officer will oversee and support Token X end-to-end Operations. The role is to initiate and enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and monitor company-wide strategy, planning, and assist in management reporting
 - Review teams' performance against business targets, recommend solutions and systematic approach for performance tracking & the next course of actions
 - Oversee ICO Portal-related operations – e.g. customer onboarding, document management, token payment & allotment and client onboarding (KYC & KYB)
 - Coordinate & Foster relationship with both internal & external parties such as subsidiaries parties, exchanges & partnership organizations
 - Lead team in process, contract, negotiation, control, and cost optimization
 - Work closely with management & related teams to set and/or implement policies, procedures, processes, and systems and to follow through with implementation and execution
 - Monitor customer issues with team and continuously enhance customer experience
 - Be the main point for customer onboarding performance & documentation follow up
 - Maintain working knowledge in digital asset and blockchain
 - Manage and support in company's operations, administrations, and supporting functions
 - Perform special projects assigned and any other ad-hoc, when required
 
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Banking, Digital Asset, Cryptocurrency or other related fields
 - Knowledge in KYC/KYB/AML is mandatory
 - Experienced in process improvement and project management is required
 - Fluent in English and Thai
 - Ability to work under pressure under minimum supervisory
 - Hands-on, organized, positive can-do attitude, open-minded, self-motivated, and result-oriented
 - Strong leadership, logical thinking, and interpersonal skill
