**Major Accountabilities**:
- Working closely with executive leadership team and managers to identify the appropriate analytical solution to drive the SC strategy and participates in the definition and prioritization of data solution requirements
- Acts as a proactive business partner, develops business relationships acting as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and a data steward for data transformation within SC community in Thailand
- Liaise and partner with the data analytics community in country, regional and external vendor to co-develop and champion the data solution and for SC community in Thailand.
- Utilize systems and tools, including report building/analysis, visualizations (via PowerBI or other tools) including creating and maintaining analytics solutions for operational needs.
- Lead projects aiming at improving operational KPIs & manage various projects in SC.
- Drive SC performance by innovating new ways of working, utilizing new tools to drive team performance & efficiency. Train the users and help build a positive data-driven culture across the SC team
- Analyses issues, identifies risks, reports accordingly to management, and proposes solutions to be implemented
- Resolves problems through data analysis, provides efficient reporting and communication
- Succeed the improvement initiatives for the business involved and outline the goals and objectives of the project.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Math, Engineering or Statistics/Economics are preferred. Business or Commerce degrees are also welcome
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supply logistics with strong digital data savvy background with analytics in a similar role.
- Hands on experience in visualization, report building, creating, and maintaining dashboard for operational needs are required for the role
- Experience within a FMCG /Retail, fashion, or pure player environment; consulting experience also highly valued.
- Experience in project management, change management and /or management consulting also highly valued
- A natural collaborator with a strong analytical mind-set you will be able to influence those around you with stakeholder management experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business strategy into analytical tasks and translate back to tangible business results.
- Able to query databases (SQL) is valued, along with statistical language use such as R or Python. Excel proficiency is essential. Certifications in PowerBI or Google Cloud (or similar platforms) are highly valued.

Job Description
The Sales Operation Specialist , will help plan, develop and deliver the sales strategy for products and services and associated brands. In this role, you will participate in the sales and marketing activities of the organization and collaborate with senior staff to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Assist sales manager to handle presales activities and sales operations.
+ Help identify, analyze and recommend solutions for problems that occur.
+ Partner with sales team and other departments (commercial operations, quality, plant, finance, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth presales process operations.
+ Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
