Job Description
Our client is looking for a Sales Director to lead the growth in the optical lens market across Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of optical lens business in Southeast Asia, identifying new opportunities and strategies.
- Develop and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Manage sales operations in designated regions, with a focus on acquisition of new customers and securing repeat business.
- Gather and analyze sales data to forecast trends and provide timely updates to the company.
- Foster communication between production and sales teams to optimize overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree Holder with at least 10 years of sales experience.
- Rich sales experience in Southeast Asia, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics
- A background in sales within the optical lens industry and knowledge of current trends and the landscape of the optical lens industry is a bonus.
- A proven track record of engaging with local markets and driving rapid business growth.
- Willingness to travel (Southeast Asian Countries).
