Manage parts to support production Body, Stamping, Paint, PxP export, FCSD parts and Bulk material requirements. Ensure parts from Suppliers arrive to FTM Plant on-time and in the right quantities to support the Production Build Schedule and avoid Production Disruptions.
Technical competency for hybrid professionals bridges the gap between advanced digital technology and physical floor operations under innovation tool.
- Understand database management, digitalization is the bridge that eliminates manual paper-based process and creates a single source of truth.
- Manage raw data and understand how to transform complex data into actionable operational improvements.
- Monitor an Ensure stock levels in system can secure Production and Requirement.
- Monitor an Ensure Inventory stock in system is accuracy
- Divert material movement to support production when unusual situation occurrence.
- Co-ordinate with plant CFT team to control material stock, usage and expiration date.
- Work with Engineering to get Final cumulative and new parts supportability from suppliers to align initial timing and ensure not over ECC lead time.
- Claim to supplier when parts are shipped with the wrong quantity or wrong part.
- Ensure time window and investigate route with RTM team to support smoothly production
- Check and feedback suppliers create ASN and invoice are correct
- Co-ordinate with Local suppliers to deliver correct parts and quantity and on time delivery to FTM
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Can work in night shift.**
**Education Qualification**
Bachelor degree/BBA industrial management

5 years + experience in Automotive MP&L Dept. Preferred
**Professional Exposure**

Overview
This position will support the INDO-Pacific / CENTCOM Regions
The Task Order Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational execution of all Program functions. Task Order Manager is responsible for overall problem resolution, planning, execution, and leadership of the Program forward functions. Responsible for budget for the Task Order project and profit/loss responsibilities. The Task Order Manager must demonstrate exemplary management and leadership capabilities, especially in the areas of collaboration, team building, talent development, fiscal and human resources management, and process improvement. The Task Order Manager respects and responds to the Voice of the Customer (VOC); leads the LOGCAP team to the highest level of execution of the Statement of Work (SOW); and insure the alignment of the program with the vision and goals of the Customer and V2X. He/she may be responsible for the day to day operations of the major programs areas of Program Management, Quality Control, Safety, HR, Finance, Contract Management, Logistics, ESH, Fire Department, Air Traffic Control, Supply, Badging and Screening, Food Service, Laundry and Fuel Service Operations. The Task Order Manager interfaces directly with prime contractor leadership at all levels in the location for mission accomplishment and problem resolution. Manages and directs engineering/operations on a major LOGCAP V IDIQ task project, or manages multiple IDIQ tasks, providing necessary project management and leadership to assure technical, cost, and schedule deliverables. #LI-CB1
Responsibilities

Major Job Activities:
+ Duties may include support of complex and/or technologically challenging tasks including the leadership in generating the Task Plan and Cost Proposal
+ Responsible for day-to-day program areas of Project Management, QC, Safety, HR, Finance, Contracts, Logistics, ESH, and all other departments
+ Develops, maintains, and reports technical performance metrics which effectively measure the level of performance in execution of the SOW and IDIQ Task Orders
+ Provides direction and discipline to employees and is responsible for the evaluation of personnel performance
+ Develops, implements and applies management control procedures. Ensures that quality standards are applied to all levels of the work and measured for effectiveness
+ Establishes policies and procedures for performance and control of all company business management functions
+ Directs/monitors the development of project standard operating procedures and project orders.
+ Monitors the performance of department managers and supervisors and submission of CDRL reports
+ Serves as the principal liaison between company and Government
+ Interfacing with Government contracting authorities, using agencies, technical representatives and managers. Directs and approves contract modifications
+ Approves budget, monitors contractual performance and costs of the work and takes action to minimize/correct discrepant conditions
+ Establishes and monitors the overall TQM program. Ensures all cascade training is performed, and realistic goals are established for the project
+ Manages and tracks TO Budget on a periodic basis and provides financial reports to the Senior Task Order Manager
+ Tracks all payments and financial information within the Task Order and for all TO Contracts and Purchase Orders
+ Participates as required, and directed, in all financial internal and external audits
+ Ensures all employees adhere to and comply with the US military general orders

**POSITION SUMMARY**

Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel. 1. To handle general inquiries.
2. To communicate with oversea by email/telephone.
3. To prepare and submit shipping particular to ocean carriers and to check vendors' shipping documents.
4. To prepare and release forwarder's cargo receipts to vendors.
5. To input data and transmit container manifest to consignees.
6. To prepare Delay Document Demand Notice (DDDN) to vendors and consignees when document is late.
7. To prepare vendors' invoices and Summary Remittance Sheet (SRS).
8. To arrange computer fax of forwarder's cargo receipts and invoices.
9. To dispatch shipping documents to consignees and brokers in accordance with consolidation procedures.
10. To handle documentation requirements for individual consignees in accordance with consolidation procedures.
11. To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.
1. Minimum 1 year experience in forwarding or carrier industry required.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Fluent in written and spoken English.
6. Chinese speaking is preferrable.
7. Be a good team player and effectively communicate to obtain positive results

**POSITION SUMMARY**
Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Fix minor plumbing problems such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and repairing leaky spigots and faucets. Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities. Communicate with guests/customers when necessary to resolve maintenance issues.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladder. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
